1 star is too high to rate this Wendy’s. Worst food ever. Cold and tasteless. They bagged our food and didn’t bother to tell us it was done. No system to alert customers when food is ready. All workers seemed to be clueless.

Stopped in over an hour before the dining room closed and the door was locked, had to be let in by the people on their way out. Waited a good 5-10 minutes to order while one employee was leaning against the back counter staring at us with her arms foldedthe employee who helped us was polite but left in the middle of us ordering to give his friend free fries.Food took forever to come out even though they weren’t very busy, maybe 3 cars in the drive through, the sandwiches were hot but the fries were freezing cold, when we ordered nuggets they didn’t ask what sauce we wanted and gave us bbq. There was no ketchup

Night service TERRIBLE. The lady took our order and we said all the food items and no one acknowledged what was just said. We said hello did you get any of that and she rudely responded I have someone at the window. Another man said I can take your order and same thing, he says nothing after we ordered. Finally after take 3 they took our order. The shorter Hispanic lady at the window should not be at the window. Horrible attitude and customer service. The sprite was spilling out the cup as she passed the drink and I asked for a napkin and she ignored me. I get this is just Wendy's so my expectations are so low but that service went below bare minimum of my lower expectations

This Wendy’s sucks. We ordered food from there and when we got home we realized they didn’t fill our fries. There was less than half the quantity of a large fry that we ordered. When I tried to call them to get them to fix it, you can’t get a hold of anyone. The phone rings once and you get a generic message telling you to leave a message. This will be the last time I ever go there. There is always some problem there. Please hire employees that know how to do their job and be professional with your customers.

Poor and slow service. My order was incorrect. I was asked to pull up in the drive-thru as they corrected my order. I sat there for 20 minutes before going in and asking a worker about my order. He informed me that he would bring it right out. Sat in my car for another 15 again and nothing. All I ordered was baconator fries! I just drove off. Line was way too long to go back inside again. Wasted time and money for nothing.
