Went via drive thru tonight! Got a Caesar salad and it was dead flies in my salad. Went back and spoke with Lilliana the MOD and she was very rude. Told us that she didn’t have to apologize. Will never return to this location. This employee needs to learn empathy when a customer has a bug or an issue with an order. Please talk with her. I will be calling the Manager.

The quality of this location is the worst outMy large chili was made improperly, they clearly put a small portion and topped it off with liquid.Sure they didn't move forward with price surging but clearly, cutting corners with their food cost/supplies.Sad to see the downfall of a classic franchise.

the unsweetened tea dispenser had flies and what looked like gnats in it, or at least that's what came out along with the tea...after dispensing this half cup of disgust, i went to the counter to let the staff know....they passed the cup around and then one of them went to the tea dispenser and lifted the lid and then just put the lid back down!!! i mean, didn't empty it or anything....by this point, i had my food in hand, but i went back to the counter for full refund, food and all...the woman who initially waited on me tried to explain that the flies like the sweet tea! i was like, what?? that was absurd enough for her to say to try to justify such a revolting thing, but it wasn't even the sweet tea that the flies were hanging out in! i mean, come on...lol..i rarely eat fast food & this place is why...

They have a full staff of relatives (all Hispanic) who give you cold with no receipt so you can’t complain and if you read thru the comments they have more of their family making bogus five star comments suggesting the food was the best in the world like cut it out I swear to God I hope Trump wins for president so they can all go home and stop making our lives miserable pos

THE FOOD AT THIS RESTAURANT WAS AWFUL! I WISH I COULD RATE THEM ZERO!We like Wendy's and haven't had it for a while. After going out and about, I stopped at this location and ordered about $100 worth of food for my family and they gave us old and spoiled meats in our burgers. The fries were cold. Add to the bad meat used, they had the food pre-made and left sitting out for several hours before we got there. We disposed of the foods and left the restaurant so disappointed. I should have known when I pulled in and saw the parking lot and drive thru on a busy road completely empty.

I rarely come to this Wendy’s but if I do it’s just for the convenience. I usually ask for extra sauces with my nuggets and I never get a extra charge; I asked for 3 extra sauces today and pulled up to the window my partner paid and I read the receipt, I got charged for 2 side jalapeños and I was confused because on the receipt it states that she rung the extra 3 sauces but they had no charge to them so what was the need for the extra charges? I asked the cashier lady (Roxana) she said “that’s the charge for the extra sauces” and then I asked “well wouldn’t they be rung up as the sauces and not jalepenos?” she then repeated “that’s the charge for the extra sauces” and then i repeated “well wouldn’t they be rung up as the sauces and not the jalepenos?” and so then i just said “okay i’ll call later” 20 minutes passing I called 15 times because no one was picking up OR they were answering and then hanging up. I called corporate about the matter they said they’d get back to me. My only thing is yes it’s just 60 cents but it’s the principle of not needing to steal from your customers or at least emphasizing the extra charge. I don’t have a problem paying the 60 cents but if the sauces were rung up and had no charges but you continue to decide to charge me for 2 side jalepenos and when i ask for the jalepenos you don’t want to give me the jalepenos? cause technically i paid for them.
