Received a baconator with extra mayonnaise and a six-piece chicken nugget(tasted like rubber bands) once I got home and tried to eat it both items were not edible gave them to my damn cat and she couldn't even eat it will not be returning there.. and then the lady at the window was trying to sell some cookies that she brought from home..(a employee)..I declined.. 😡

The workers here seem so deperate for customers to order their procier menu items and they seem annoyed when you order snything else. The whole service experience seemed very hostile, tables were dirty too. The area with napkins and other utensils seems yo not be refilled often.

The breakfast baconator is the holy Grail of breakfast sandwiches, however this location severely dropped the ball. The sandwich is over sauced and poorly put together taking me out of the experience that I so greatly enjoy. The staff was polite and nice at the window. If only the food reflected the customer service it would have been great. The ranch packs that I got were crushed and when I opened them to dip my potato wedges the ranch had gone sour. I'm assuming the packages being crushed and damaged caused them to sour prematurely. I frequent this location a lot and lunch isn't too much better. The patties are always dry and seem like they have been sitting for over an hour already cooked. Poor execution on the construction of the burgers leaves me with no choice but to find another establishment to take my business.
