The workers here seem so deperate for customers to order their procier menu items and they seem annoyed when you order snything else. The whole service experience seemed very hostile, tables were dirty too. The area with napkins and other utensils seems yo not be refilled often.

The breakfast baconator is the holy Grail of breakfast sandwiches, however this location severely dropped the ball. The sandwich is over sauced and poorly put together taking me out of the experience that I so greatly enjoy. The staff was polite and nice at the window. If only the food reflected the customer service it would have been great. The ranch packs that I got were crushed and when I opened them to dip my potato wedges the ranch had gone sour. I'm assuming the packages being crushed and damaged caused them to sour prematurely. I frequent this location a lot and lunch isn't too much better. The patties are always dry and seem like they have been sitting for over an hour already cooked. Poor execution on the construction of the burgers leaves me with no choice but to find another establishment to take my business.

It was close to closing time when I arrived. But the staff was friendly. Service was quick and my order was correct. Only minor complaints was that a lid wasn't put on my Frosty and a Dave's Single combo and small Frosty came out to $15!

I ordered a number 5 no sausage, because I don't eat meat. So I reiterated only egg and cheese, while the young lady on the speaker confirmed ,I guess whoever made it said you get whatever. Im exhausted and at work with only a biscuit and potato wedges to eat . They acted as if me, a payer customer didn't deserve to get what I wanted and to get sub par customer service. I won't be back .

The breakfast baconator combo is the best breakfast out there. The coffee is now fresh brewed, very good. They do not put cream or sugar in. They give you the packets. Powdered cream.
