I came to get some food, order through drive through, when I got home to my surprise the main part of the meal was missing I just got fries, no receipt nothing. Poor service

Each time I come the window workers are so nice. Always smiling. Drive through goes nicely. Food is good. I've only had them forget my pecans for my apple pecan salad 😄 but I was already returned to work before noticing.

We went and had breakfast there twice in one week, the breakfast was great delicious or seasoned potatoes are the best I really do recommend they should have it in the lunch menu,, either the cook in the back does not pay attention or she don't have time to go to the back to get the correct bread but it did happen both of the times I had ordered a biscuit with egg and cheese And I got it the English muffin with egg and cheese,, the second time we went my husband asked for the English muffin with egg and cheese and I ordered the biscuit with egg and cheese guess what we got our biscuits egg and cheese at that that day my husband did tell them something they did swap it out but it took a very long time to get it to us,, since it's open that you can view while they're doing your food the food prep was moving super slow,, our issue was resolved they're just little minor things that probably needs to be addressed by the manager or district manager to improve service.

Server was biting his nails thecentire time i was waiting for my food. Brought it to Flor manager attention. She brushed it off and he closed the window. I told her how that was crosscontamination and jo regards for food handling. She did nothing but refused to give corporate number and kindly forgot my receipt. Absolutely appalling. I will be calling OSHA.

It was busy when I went. My fries were mixed with curly fries and regular fries. They were still somewhat warm but I could tell they were not fresh. The burger was outstanding though. I absolutely love the bacon ultimate cheeseburger.

Evening service is not good. Has to be the slowest Wendy's in Houston. Placed a mobile order, got in Drive-Thru at 6:19... made it to the window at 6:41... I ask to speak to manager as I waited for my food. He was too busy, lobby was near empty. I canceled my order, will not return.
