Ordered a double cheeseburger, only to drive miles to get home and realized it was a single. Upon calling, the attendant said to bring the receipt plus the single cheeseburger. Like really? You messed up my order, the least you could do for me as a courtesy is give me what I ordered. Are you going to refund me the gas I’ll be using to drive back and forth? This place is under bad management. Been here four time and they are always out of something they should not be out of. Never have I been to another Wendy's and they was out of anything.
Service was prompt upon entering, but however I was not greeted nor asked if I was dining in or if my order was for take out. I was however asked what kind of drink I wanted which I thought was a little odd once I was handed my own cup but it was empty.

My mobile order was not prepared for me and the manager told me to return the next day and she would fulfill the order. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but when I returned the next day, she was not present and I ended up losing out on the order that I have a receipt for. I would have preferred it if she were honest about her inability to fulfill the order rather than having me waste the time and energy necessary to return to this establishment. I will never return to this Wendy’s again.
