Horrible service, cold food and the were out of bbq sauce and cup holders, which may not have been so bad if they weren’t so unpleasant. Seriously yall need to fire that tall light skin lady!!!! Her attitude is atrocious!!!!

Wendy's always has good food and good prices. I personally enjoy their value deals, especially their $5 biggie bag. This restaurant is clean and conveniently located right in front of the bus stop. So, you can get your shopping done and stop in for a quick bite to eat. I will never not recommend Wendy's to anyone I meet.

So I have been to this place twice since I work very close. I walked both times. The first time was for lunch, and the food was cold and drink machines not working in the dine in area. The second time, I walked for breakfast since it says the dining room opens at 7am. I get there at around 7:12am and the doors are locked. The worker inside gives me the slit throat sign saying the dining room area is closed. I point to my watch, and he looks at the time and does the same sign. Then, he signs for me to walk through the drive thru. The times on the door clearly show 7am it should be open. I may upload a picture.

I love Wendy's, but I will not return to this one.

Food was good, guy at the front counter refused to give me what size I wanted and told me the price for the smaller option was more expensive, even though it was not. In the end I got not what I wanted for more money.

I went to this location I ordered a baconator with only mayo extra mayo and my order was messed up on top of ordering the saucy nuggs and only got like 4 nuggets that was covered in Sauce when trying to call this location they don’t even answer the phones my baconator didn’t even have the correct amount of bacon ? like it’s supposed to come with this location customer service is always horrible they don’t even take the rewards off when they can the app

I placed a order through the mobile app and I love wendys barbque sauce with my French fries. The total I ordered via the app was 5 barbque sauces for my large French fry. When getting my order. The manager (she advised her name was maria) refused to give me my barbque sauce. I advise her that this is an order paid for already through the mobile app and it shows I order 5 barbque sauce with the fries. She refused to give me the sauce and was very rude to me as I was frighten by her tone of voice. She advise that they don't do that there and she can only give me 1 sauce. She advise me that each additional sauce was 50 cents. And then she closed the drive-thru window on me . When i got home I couldn't even eat my fries because they was cold and I didn't even have enough barbque sauce to eat it with . I would never recommend this location to anyone because the service was so rude and she refused to give me my order. It made me so sad .
