I ordered the crispy fish sandwich for takeout during what always appears a less busy time, between 1:30 and 3 pm.Unfortunately, as with previous orders, the sandwich didn't seem to have been cooked fresh (not even in the last 15 minutes) of placing my order. It was dry, cold, and rubbery.I'm a frequent customer and can attest to what seems to be the downgrade happening at this location. The prices went up, and the quality of food prepared went down.I hadn't been doing takeout from Wendy's in a few weeks. At this point, nothing will change. I am cooking at home. I will be on TikTok to learn how to cook fried cod for a fresh sandwich.

It was probably just me but the food just isn't what it used to be. Chili isn't the same I did not enjoy it and just threw it away. The pretzel bun baconator just tasted different and wasn't enjoyable I threw that away half way through.

Maria the manager is rude and is always rude . They are often out of items and instead of accommodating the guests she tells you do you want the item or not . She rolls. Her eyes and is constantly nasty and mean . She clearly hates her job and takes it out on everyone . Do not go here unless you want attitude with your meal

Food was dry, old & stale. I was missing items from my order. I had to return 3 times, they ended up just putting the old food they originally gave me back in the fryer. I requested a refund & the manager was not there to provide one or resolve the problem. Lastly the employees were rude & combative. I will never return to this TRASHY NASTY GHETTO Wendy’s again!

We got here at 9:40, I only got in because one of the workers family members was sitting in the lobby accidently let me in, he got scolded. 10 AM the lobby still not open, workers were still preparing, nothing was ready, they got our order wrong , the list goes on for how bad service was here, but all In all, this place SUCKS !!

The bacon burger meal with medium drink, fries and large chilli were fresh and tasty, I don't remember Wendy's burger being as small as this one and $19.87 seemed a tad high priced ? The only drawback was the homeless person that had previously been talking to an invisible friend came up while I was ordering hitting me up for $2.00 stating he was homeless and had a bigger roll of money than I had in my wallet! The cashier said he had been doing that all day !

Not that anybody cares because it's a fast food restaurant but Rayeed, Tyreed,Thyroid ,Tyreen or whatever the Indian or Middle Eastern guys name that was working the window at 6:40 on 8/30/23 was. It's first thing in the morning. I'm just trying to grab a quick breakfast. I saw that advertised three for $3. I was like okay. Sounds good to me. Let's give it a try and normally I just run and grab the McDonald's on the way. I said can't get the three for $3 the sausage biscuit. He said that one doesn't come on it. I had to point the picture out and say yes it does. The only thing I was asking for was a Coke zero in substitute of the coffee. He said I'm not supposed to but sure. I thought that was a little odd but rolled with it. I paid in cash and that's it right? Nope. I get to the end of the drive and I'm about to pull out and realize that my potatoes are not in the bag or reverse and go back to the window. And he said give me back the coke and I'll give you the potatoes. I said dude, it's three for $3. He said no. ( Since the guy did not give me a receipt, I think he's skimming the register). I don't have time to argue in the morning and I'm sure nobody else does either so this is probably a constant thing. I like this one because it's sort of close to my job and I enjoy coming here for lunch. Sometimes it's amazing how one single bad experience can ruin literally years worth of good ones.

Order # 5 Spicy Chicken w/fries, drink, the chicken was lukewarm and tasted as if it had been reheated several times, it was dry, chewy and disgusting; fries were also lukewarm. I went the drive thru about 5:30 pm. Service was very slow, it must have been cooked some time ago, they must had put the meat in the microwave to warm, several time, just waiting for someone to buy it, disgusting ! ....I recommend you close again!

I went through the drive-thru at this Wendy’s at 7760 Bellfort on 7/28/2023 between 12:05 pm and 12:19 pm the cashier failed to return my debit card, I didn’t notice until that evening. When I checked my account there was another charge from this location and they went to the Pollo Campero next door and brought something there. After investigating I found three more charges at other area businesses. I quickly called and reported my card as stolen. Since I live far from this location I went back the next day to see if the management could be of assistance, I was in for a rude awakening, not only was I not assisted properly the person who claimed to be the manager was rude and very unprofessional her name is Maria. When asked for the general manager she replied that they weren’t there, I asked for the name and she said “ Walida” ( if that was the correct name and spelling) I asked for the last name and she replied she didn’t know it. I walked out and remembered I didn’t ask for Maria’s last name when I went back in she completely ignored me. I have a video of this rude lady and it will be part of my police file against this location. Thank God I called my banking institution and got the card canceled before any real damage was done. I now believe she was the one who had my card and made the purchases. I have called the customer service number and voiced my complaint. I talked to someone named Gabriel and was assured the district manager would contact me, as of today no one from Wendy’s has reached out. Even though the amount is small compared to what could have happened had I not known about it until a later time and day. I will be pressing charges on all who were involved. This matter has been turned over to the Houston Police
