Went through drive thru and received wrong order. You can't reach anyone because phone call doesn't go through. I had order at first. Lady took it back and said wrong order but she still gave me wrong order.

It’s 11:38 in the morning, the store is not busy at all some how my fry’s are old and stale for the first time in my 30 years I asked for fresh fry’s and they gave me fry’s that where hotter but still stale and now oily so they dropped old fry’s and the nugget’s are the just as bad. Better find another

I waited for 10 minutes to get my order taken. There were only 2 people, one at drive thru and one making the food. I ordered the new loaded nacho burger. I basically got a regular cheese burger with only lettuce and tomato. Would NOT recommend.

Inside of the store was nice. Did not take card inside but did on the drive thru. Order was wrong as well. I do not know why they couldn't take a card inside but could in the drive thru.

The Quality is going down I noticed they hired new workers and the service is not the same. I ordered Signature Strawberry lemonade and barely had any strawberry syrup in it and it was watered down. I ordered a 4 for 4 and they put to much ketchup.

I didn't even get a chance to order. I was ignored when I walked in. No one acknowledged me. There was no one in the restaurant or drive-through. I patiently waited until a loitering man came in and started having a whole discussion with the cashier about her just getting paid and her flat tire. All while he is standing next to me, and she still doesn't acknowledge me. I don't mind waiting, especially if they are busy and during the lunch rush, but there was no one to serve. The only one that did acknowledge me & tried to get the cashier to pay attention to me was the nice hisp older later in glasses near the grill. Honestly, I don't know why this place is even open given all the negative reviews. Gave it 2 stars for the older lady that was trying to do her job.
A supposed baconator, hopefully it's not always like that. Probably won't frt the chance to find out.
