The afternoon shift locks the lobby around 6/7 pm when it states they close the lobby at 10pm. I walked here, so when I saw the lobby was closed, I tried to order through the drive through. I spoke on the drive thru microphone no one answered, I walked to the pick up window no one there, I walked around in front of the windows and see three employees coming from the back. Terrible customer service, this is not the first time I have this issue with them. I was nice for the morning staff, they are helpful.
