The service of this place is useless, only employees are talking and they don't serve customers. I was 10 minutes and they didn't attend to me, probably because I'm Hispanic, a different person arrived and they didn't attend to me and I was waiting, they attended to them, the most difficult thing is that they are Hispanic but the other people are going to complain.

I live close to this location and typically come often, especially for breakfast. Morning and day crew always has great service and fresh food. The night crew seems to be opposite. Just left there and my food was so old and disgusting, I waited 10 minutes for my food, fries were old, bun on my sandwich was old and hard and the chicken was cold and dry.

Today is 8/10/25 at 12:07pm…. The driver thru staff and the cook needs a work ethic evaluation. 1. We were in the drive thru and no one acknowledge until I said something and he stated give me a minute. 3 minutes go by nothing. So I drive around and go in. 2. We go in and he is talking to someone in the drive thru never turned around to speak. The line cook look like she was sleep and never said anything. Then she looks up and looks back at him and again nothing…
I left and went to another establishment we were greeted and served immediately.
This Wendy’s location need another crew at this time.

We recently discovered how fabulous the Wendy's Cob Salad is. My wife usually has the Chick-fil-A cob salad. But the Wendy's Cob Salad is cheaper and has more eggs and more chicken based on what my wife said. I've been a Wendy's Chili lover for almost 50 years. In the late 1970s I even interviewed for a position at a new Wendy's in Houston. They were just coming to Houston then. But having to fill in for absent employees didn't appeal to me as a Manager. But that hasn't stopped me from eating at Wendy's for decades.
