The lady at the drive through didn’t speak English and was incredibly rude, she was yelling through the loudspeaker and we had to repeat ourselves at the window multiple times and even then she still got the order wrong, didn’t even offer to give a receipt and the food came slow.

The lady who placed my order was friendly not until she brought my food: fries was almost a day old,the homeless man felt the same and threw them in the floor and start fussing until lady told him to exit.The lady claim it just came from oven and ask me to reorder.Food was ok but everything like day old food stored and rewarm.I rather go cook next time for such a feeling.Wendy always was number one on fast food list but not this one at Kirby street Houston and 59 south.I wish they give better customer service

Went on a Saturday around 3pm. Forgot 1 of 3 sandwich. Had to go back and get the 3rd. Chicken sandwich and both burgers were not fresh. Dry and didn't even finish eating them. Fries were cold.

Hate that this is the only Wendy’s nearby. Cold food, terrible service, have to ask repeatedly for the condiments you ask for with your order. Ordered via drive thru and had to go back because my fries were cold, again. Tonight was definitely my last visit.

I went at 830 pm Monday night I had a u haul as I was moving and I was worried the height of the truck wouldn't make the clearance of the drive thru why they even have gat who knows makes no sense but any who I parked and tried to go inside to order food and the door was locked I checked the hours of operation sign they had on the door and it said they closed at 10 pm so why was it locked 1 hour and 30 minutes prior. Smh
