I went there as a Dasher delivery. They are rude and wanted me to wait in drive through line for an order that is ready and can just hand it to me. I am not a customer, I am basically working with you and if the order is ready why can’t you just hand it to me it’s better service for the customer and saving my time.

So disappointed in the service and the food. First of all, the African American guy who worked the drive through during lunch time on 02/16/2024 didn’t ask me what type of dipping sauce i wanted for my nuggets. So when I drove to the window, he’s standing there waiting on me to pay. So I tell him he forgot to ask me what dipping sauce I wanted. He walks off, comes back and stands there again and just looks at me. I said, again, “you forgot to ask me what type of dipping sauce i wanted” as I was paying. He didn’t say anything. Nothing. Just walked off, closed the window. Finally he comes back with my food. I see bbq dipping sauce in the bag. I DIDNT WANT BBQ SAUCE. He walks off again! I had to yell through the window for ketchup and a lady who was already busy heard me and gave me ketchup. Then as im eating my food, the chicken patty on my chicken sandwich is fried hard.I’m disgusted and will not be coming here anymore.

I can't remember the last time I stopped by a Wendy's and if it wasn't for the "T-Mobile Tuesdays" free burger offer, I wouldn't have thought about it.The gentleman who was working the front counter was extremely helpful and patient helping me figure out how to apply the code. Other than the great customer service, the freebie single burger was juicy, bigger than I remembered it being and good... but really tasted like a regular plain burger. Basically after a few bites, it didn't make me "want more". So good decent burger with fresh ingredients but the customer service was great.
