My family and I pulled up to this Wendy’s at 9:05 pm expecting fresh, fast food, and unfortunately, that was not my experience at all. The fries were extremely cold, so cold they were hard and stale. I can tolerate lukewarm fries, but these were completely unacceptable. On top of that, the manager on duty had a very poor attitude. I tried to speak with her about my order, but she ignored me and showed no interest in addressing the issue before I drove off. To make matters worse, I found hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable from a food service establishment. All I ordered were three $5 Biggie Bags, and somehow even that wasn’t done right. Fast food is supposed to be quick and fresh. If I wanted cold food and poor service, I could’ve stayed home. This location seriously needs to work on customer service, food quality, and freshness. Do better.

Seriously, if you're thinking about grabbing the Wendy's Biggie Bag from this location, just don't. I just paid for this, and it is completely wrong and stone cold. Look at this. I ordered the Bacon and Chicken Biggie Bag. Problem number one: they forgot the bacon entirely on the chicken sandwich. This thing is completely naked! But the biggest issue is the quality control and temperature. These are supposed to be hot fries, but I just got them, and they are ice-cold and rubbery. And to top it off, this order was missing the secondary side I paid for. I've got a partially filled drink and a completely messed-up meal. This is an easy 1 out of 5. Food was cold and service was colder! I asked to add a 6 piece nugget at the window and all I heard from the grill area is, “ I told you no add one at the window”! - I mean this lady must’ve have said this at least 5 times. Very unprofessional, they rush you, and had the audacity to serve me cold, bad food after all that ranting, you didn’t even get the planned order right! There on a slow Thursday night, nobody else in line or in the store! The guy at the window was very professional and I could tell that the loud, rude person on the grill was making him uncomfortable enough for him to try to deflect her foolishness. I see why this place is always empty, all these bad reviews, they only serve us that did no any better! Run, far away!

Not sure if this location has a skimmer or what but I visited this location on 9/8 and again today 9/17 and both times my card was ran twice.
Also when we pulled up tonight a lady (employee) was sitting in the middle of the drive thru so I pulled around her thinking she was going to take our order outside (like chic-fil-a) but instead she just stood up and walked off not saying a word. I had to reverse to get back into the lane to order from the speaker. They were in a rush to take my order, gave me the order wrong. When we pulled up to the window another worker was sitting in front of the drive thru window on the curb, proceeded to stand up and go inside to then come to the window to get the payment and give us our order. I ordered a double stack no onion no pickle, instead received a double stack with lettuce, no bun, no onion.
We’ve come to this location many times and it’s always been amazing up until recently. I don’t know that I will return now that my card has been ran duplicate times within the last two visits.

Staff is always friendly when I visit. Orders are always fresh and delicious. Whenever I make special requests they are fulfilled exactly the way I want them.
I go out of my way to visit this location instead of the one by the champions.
African American Women short Manager was excellent even brought food out. Food was fresh!

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering here. Placed an order in the app. The guy at the window acted like he couldn’t hear me. He announced my order then called me a different name. He seemed very confused. I get home to see that my salad was not the one ordered. No fork in the bag or napkins. Very frustrating experience. App doesn’t allow me to tell the company my order was wrong.
