Not sure if this location has a skimmer or what but I visited this location on 9/8 and again today 9/17 and both times my card was ran twice.
Also when we pulled up tonight a lady (employee) was sitting in the middle of the drive thru so I pulled around her thinking she was going to take our order outside (like chic-fil-a) but instead she just stood up and walked off not saying a word. I had to reverse to get back into the lane to order from the speaker. They were in a rush to take my order, gave me the order wrong. When we pulled up to the window another worker was sitting in front of the drive thru window on the curb, proceeded to stand up and go inside to then come to the window to get the payment and give us our order. I ordered a double stack no onion no pickle, instead received a double stack with lettuce, no bun, no onion.
We’ve come to this location many times and it’s always been amazing up until recently. I don’t know that I will return now that my card has been ran duplicate times within the last two visits.

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering here. Placed an order in the app. The guy at the window acted like he couldn’t hear me. He announced my order then called me a different name. He seemed very confused. I get home to see that my salad was not the one ordered. No fork in the bag or napkins. Very frustrating experience. App doesn’t allow me to tell the company my order was wrong.

This place has nice workers but they lazy dont clean everything is sticky and nasty cant even wonder how it is in the back where they cook almost made me return the whole meal nasty need to clean badly poor manager dont know how to operate this establishment

Per the board of health in boad handling food must have hair nets on and gloves, theses employees don't either. It's Horrible they rubbing they nose, scratching they head etc and still handling food without washing they hands. Just nasty.

The cashier was running the drive through the front and cleaning the dining area. The fries were old, and the burgers buns were so dry. The lemonade was good. The tables were all dirty, and the trash bins had red tape on them. Will not return.
