Went through the drive through ordered a number one got charged for a number two baconator ask for the difference on a refund and was told it's the same price it's not the same price on the menu. Evidently they have non English-speaking. Employees with deceptive practices for taking people's money and not refunding it. I will be contacting the FTC And the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint against this location..

The food was hot, and the customer service was good. The issue with this location is literally the customer. Very rude impatient and has a sense of entitlement. I feel bad for the workers here and the customers they have to deal with. Just complete ignorance at its finest. If the location is so bad, why do you continue to go there.

THE FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD HERE! INWISH I KNEW HOW TO POST A PICTURE THIS MEAT IS SO DRIED OUT STALE AND OLD!!! Idk who runs this store or if they even care about the reviews! Whoever gave 5 stars is either an employee or a friend of an employee! Nothing is ever fresh and your commercial is supposed to guarantee fresh hot fries since you switched the fries and now they let the homeless hang at the drive thru window who wants to deal with that!! The cross eyed Manager normally runs them off but she wasn’t there today!!! I won’t be back!!!
