Ngl I didn’t want to do this review but I gotta say something, I’ve been coming here since I moved back on this side of town for two years now. They was my go to! The last time I went at night they messed up my friend order so I started to slowing stop coming here because of that and construction, so now I’ve been trying the morning. This crew NEEDS help! Every time I go there something is wrong with my order! They always got people waiting soo long so even if I want to come back I’ll have to wait! The last time I went there for breakfast instead of giving me a coffee they gave me a frosty. Today I got my order and they forgot my meat in my biscuit! Fries was lukewarm like they came from someone else’s bag! Coffee today had little to no cold foam in it! Straight milk and I had to add my own caramel just to taste something besides milk. Even if I went back up there to get it fixed, they forgot my receipt and damn near forgot to give me my card back. I will not be back this was a second chance blown I’ll stick to the one by my job

I ordered a number 2 and a 6 piece, and only till I made it home did I realize that there was no 6 piece in the bag. They charged me for it and everything.

They gave me the wrong order. I drove all the way back, and they refused to make it right or give me a refund. Very unfriendly, very unhelpful. Avoid at all costs.

This Wendy’s is generally consistent whether ordering through DoorDash or stopping by in person. The food is usually fresh, warm, and prepared the way it should be. It’s not perfect, but never terrible either—which is exactly what most people want from fast food.
That being said, the meaning of “fast food” is speed and convenience, and this location does have moments where wait times run a little longer. Peak hours especially slow things down, though I don’t think it’s from laziness. Fast food is not easy, and the difference between a smooth shift and a stressful one really depends on staffing and how busy the store is.
The team here is efficient overall, but they could improve in two areas:
1. Peak hour management – a bit more attention to order flow and communication would cut down delays.
2. Consistency of service – sometimes the energy at the counter feels rushed, and small details (like making sure sauces/condiments are included) get missed.
Still, they’re dependable, and that counts. A lot of reviews just say “slow” or “bad” without explaining why. I think it’s more useful to say: this Wendy’s usually delivers on food quality, they just need to keep pushing on speed and consistency. With those tweaks, it could easily be a 5-star spot.

The service wasn't too good it definitely seems like the cashier had an attitude when handing me my food or even taking my order and some of the food was cold
Ordered my food through mobile app drive to the location 5-7 mins later to get to the speaker (women) you can tell she already has a bad attitude i proceed to tell her the name on the order she tries to correct me as if i dont know my name and what i placed it under and pretty much told me they didnt have an order for me i showed them the order on my screen they kept asking if it was for me or on doordash she caught an even bigger attitude when she found out she was wrong she said well we didnt get the order yet as if it was my fault for the delay had to wait 10 more mins while the food was being prepped just for the same women to throw my food on the counter when i walked im to receive it. I asked to speak to a manager and guess what her bad attitude having upset about where she works job having self was the manager she then rolls her eyes and walks off
