Ordered my food through mobile app drive to the location 5-7 mins later to get to the speaker (women) you can tell she already has a bad attitude i proceed to tell her the name on the order she tries to correct me as if i dont know my name and what i placed it under and pretty much told me they didnt have an order for me i showed them the order on my screen they kept asking if it was for me or on doordash she caught an even bigger attitude when she found out she was wrong she said well we didnt get the order yet as if it was my fault for the delay had to wait 10 more mins while the food was being prepped just for the same women to throw my food on the counter when i walked im to receive it. I asked to speak to a manager and guess what her bad attitude having upset about where she works job having self was the manager she then rolls her eyes and walks off

I cannot remember his name because I haven’t been in awhile. I believe he is the manager. Older black man, bald head. This review is based on him. We have never come through that drive through and been spoken to rudely, or wait longer than needed. He is the nicest man and always recognizes us when we do come. He always works in the evening or later. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE !!!
Update: I think the manager that worked during the evening has left. This place has gone all the way down hill. The fried we pay $15 bucks a meal for are STALE, the bacon is barely cooked and they are taking our money like the service is up to par. This is disappointing and disrespectful. Every single time the fries are old not one time have they not been old. Y’all should be ashamed of the laziness and theft honestly.

I went through the drive thru to place my order and before I could complete my order, the lady continuously asked if I was done ordering. I had other items i was trying to order, of course. Once I completed my order, she rudely said, "pull to the window". She never greeted me for one and never gave ne the total of my order. I drive around to the window and once again, she takes my money and then says, "pull over there" and closes the drive thru window. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I will not be back to this location. If you don't want to be at work, you definitely shouldn't go!
I ordered a taco salad, drove home and realized that they forgot to put the nacho chips in the bag, so I went back. When I told them that they forgot to put the chips in my bag, they gave me some chili lime tortilla strips. Instead of letting me know that they didn’t have any nachos chips, so I could order something else.. I did not get to enjoy my food since it was missing one of the important ingredients of the TACO SALAD.. Wasted my money for something so simple.

The 1st time I came to this location the beans in my chilly were very hard. I didn’t have time to go back so I went on about my day. Today I went a got a 5$ biggie bag and my chicken sandwich had mold. I returned the burger and ask the lady if she could please just let me have a sugar cookie which is less of value than a chicken sandwich. She told me “That’s not how this works and proceded to give me 4 chicken nuggets. This place is TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
