Absolutely horrible, the worst food and service!!! I ordered a fish sandwich tonight which was totally inedible, just a waste of my money. The fish patty was burnt, I could barely bite into the sandwich and the patty was oil logged, had a strange taste to it, hardly had any lettuce on it. The lettuce that it did have on it was the core piece of the head of lettuce, 4 slices of pickles and no sauce detected ANYWHERE on the sandwich! SMH, the night crew act as if they had no clue that there was even a fish sandwich on the menu. Only positive thing I can say about this horrible fish sandwhich is, it came out piping HOT!! ? This location has lost my business. Eat at this Wendy's at your own risk!!! I'd rather take my business on over to MCDONALD. ?

Of course if you live in the area you know that they're visual problems in the area but I come to post this because I have to work tonight. I literally just left there between 5:40pm and 6:20 p.m. they had us pull up and wait for the order only to give us the wrong order. Food is very cold. Doesn't taste very good. The best thing of the order was the drink The order consisted of two crispy chicken BLTs and three orders of regular chicken nuggets I knew they were going to mess up when the server didn't read back the order.
The day manager is rude. Employees are pretty courteous for one. Makes you dread going to the location having to deal with ego & attitude.

The girl in the drive thru window was so rude. I’ve never had service like this. I told her in the drive thru window I had a mobile order that and she said to pull up. At the window, she told me you can get down for a mobile order. I said well I’m here can I just have it now it’s paid for I’ve never had to get down. She again repeated for me to get down to grab a mobile order. Why would I get down when I’ve been waiting and was told to pull forward? She made me pull forward away from the drive thru window and I’m still waiting 30 minutes later. I never received my food.

My name is Aaliyah I haven’t had Wendy’s in a while so I decided to go to this location and when I tell you I had the worst customer service the lady in the drive thru was rued and she locked the inside after I tried to come back in and ask for a sauce for my food she directed me to go to the drive thru window which I wait 2 to 5 seconds for this women to tell her son to give me a sauce that doesn’t even work their meanwhile she continued to eat her food because I seen her through the window I love Wendy’s but I’m not ever going to this location
