This is by far the worst location I’ve been to. I went through the drive through. Tried to order and the woman was rushing through the order. At one point I apologized and ask if she could repeat herself because she asked for a drink size.. and the biggie bag comes with a small, so I was confused why she was asking. When I asked her to review my order, she couldn’t hear me, so I drove up. There was a different person at the window so I ask the young man to please review my order. He then takes my card, asks me to go park -which was fine, but he had my card. When he tries to give me my card, he drops it. Doesn’t even apologize or say anything, just.. oh. It fell. So I have to squeeze out of my car to get it. Cannot provide a receipt. Printer doesn’t work.

I finally get my food. There was like 10 fries in the small fry tray. And cold. No napkins. No ketchup.

Been stopping here for years when I pass by. My order has been correct, customer service is good and the in app promotions keep me coming back! Props on having the fancy cola machines that lets you customize your soda.

I ordered the jcb special got hard fries and only one burger and my potato i ordered i was not given any butter or sour cream..last time I come to this Wendy's not only did they not fill my order they didn't understand any English.

The 1 star goes towards the food, period! The service is good, nice people working. The eating area is clean and because there seems to not be many at all customers the eating area is nice and quiet. The food is horrible. The only item that seems okay is the nuggets. Has a very unique taste and personally needs no dipping sauce to enjoy. The rest of the menu is horrible. The hamburgers and chili are the worst. I keep telling myself not to eat the food but every so often I force myself as a reminder and regret it later.
I think Wendy's needs to revamp their menu.
Worst of all the prices went up.

They don’t service to dine in customers. The employees don’t greet you and they are short staff. Waste of time. They are in a busy area. Close it down.
