This Location need to be closed...tried to dine in and some crazy guys off the street came in starting problems with one of the lady's there... The guy kicked in the windows and started coming at ppl w a piece of glass... ghetto as it can get... police chasing him around the area... didn't feel safe at all....Hopefully the police caught the guy.. That location is in very bad shape... dirty tables and floors... looks like it's not maintained.

Literally the rudest people work here and the manger isn’t any better. Like the food isn’t even that good why are they so mean?
I’ve been up there several times I’d literally rather drive 20 min away to another location to get spicy nuggets. My elderly Aunt recently went and was confused with the app and instead of helping they told her she was being rude and anther customer had to help her because the manager refused to help as well. Like yall really need help in customer care. Get it together.

This building is too dark when night time and the sign of Wendy’s is never on, almost as if done on purpose. Also, the machine to scan QR code hardly works and the manager on staff never wants to offer discount or have an alternate to scanning coupons via QR code.

I just bought 2 breakfast sandwiches and they taste like the were made YESTERDAY!!!!! It is so hard like moving cardboard boxes!!!! Not to mention the INSTANT heartburn!!! Why y'all gotta ruin Wendy's. :(

Cashier,was fast .The food was cold with 2 pieces of cheese and the burger was cold as well as the fries .They already look like it's closed,I had to take the food back inside the dining room was filthy,I will not be going back

Pull up with no one in line order through mobile app pull up to drive thru told to pull up to this window to wait on the order that was place at 8:36 am bought out at 8:49 am all for the food to be cold. This should not take place. Positive note the coffee was hot and fresh.

This is the 3rd time I've come to this location just for the cashier(and everyone else for that matter) to ignore me. Everyone keeps their heads down so they don't have to talk to the customer or acknowledge them. Ridiculous.

Ghetto bad service
By far the worst Wendy’s in the USA. The big girl “handling” the drive-thru is extremely rude. She lied about not taking credit cards, and my burger didn’t have lettuce or tomatoes. The least they can do is give me a decent burger after that horrendous customer service! NEVER going back here and telling everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. DO BETTER WENDYS

I’ve been to this location before several times, as it’s the only one in my area. Sadly this is the last time, NEVERMORE. We took a chance for the Krabby Patty experience, the burger was subpar, no tomatoes and they skimped on sauce. This is a budget Wendy’s franchise. The frosty machine wasn’t working AGAIN, can’t tell you if it ever worked, so surprise no pineapple frosty. Please close down this franchise, as it’s a representation of Wendy’s brand Look at that boring burger it’s a child burger that I overpaid for.
