Placed a mobile order. Went through the drive thru to pick it up. They told me to pull forward and wait. I waited for 30 minutes. I eventually got my food but it was ridiculous. There wasn’t event a line behind me.

Incredibly awful customer service.For a single biggie bag, waited 30+ mins, while 5 cars from behind got their food before us.On a separate instance, was told they were closed 30 mins before closing time.

should be such a good place, but the app never works and so you’re forced to spend more money than what you should but the people are great and they try to help you. Juan was great but he could not fix what he saw and what I knew to be one of the Wendy’s offers, so there was no, two dollars off a salad there was no combo there was no free frosty with an order. Nothing worked on the app spent about $50 and I bet overpaid by at least 10.

Really slow wendys! Walked in and got out with 3 Bags of food in less than 5mins. Went at night and they were shut down. I'm guessing due to staffing.

Drove thru with $35 worth of an order. Within 1 minute of placing the order and paying, I had my food in hand. Thought that was a bit too fast but not gonna complain about fast service. Got home and then understood why it was so fast. Where to begin: buns were so stale even Holy water couldn't revive them, meat was grey, old and just looked gross, fries were cold, limp and stale, chicken nuggets were old cold and stale. Place was dead, outside needs attention and food needs to be made to order and fresh.

The guy at this Wendy’s gave me a free frosty whenever their machine wasn’t working which was nice. There was also no wait in the to go online. The exterior of this Wendy’s seems a bit out of date. However, the staff is really awesome and get your order, right
