West King Chinese Restaurant

I was a regular customer. Not sure whats going on but the shrimp fried rice tasted awful. Weird smell. Took a few bites, tried to mask it with extra soy sauce. Ended up throwing it in the trash. Disappointed because now I have to find another spot.

Food was disgusting, ordered around 4pm food wasn't fresh. Rice was hard and grainy(old) fried chicken wasn't fully cooked, still bloody inside. Tso chicken was old and chewy. Would never go back. Wasted my money and time.

Pizza was nasty... Wings were great the first time I ordered them... But horrable when I ordered again. I can't understand why its so hard to find a good Chinese restaurant these days. The combination rice is good and tasted authentic. But the pizza was just horrible. 5.99 for a large, but you get what you pay for.

The shrimp fried rice is on point and the beef lo mein or beef and vegies, too. Been prdering from here since i moved to the heimer and its good to go, i don't know about the other reviews but this place is good.

Food is ok. I had family over and they wanted take out. They recommended this place. The food was, meh. I've had better "Chinese" take out. . . Let's see what else, they messed up order and brought a wrong dish. The food isn't spicy at all, its kinda bland in my opinion! Keep that in mind when ordering.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will no longer order from here. My boss ordered the 8 cheese puffs and shrimp fried rice . As soon as the delivery driver left my boss tried the shrimp fried rice and said it tasted as if they were boiling the shrimp in old dirty water. And the rice had no taste at all. I didn't believe her due to the fact my puffs tasted good. Then I tried it myself and it was nasty. Not only that , but we called them back and they said “we have not received any complaints about the shrimp fried rice today and we don't do refunds so yeah.” She not only threw away the food , but paid like 11-12$ bucks that could have been used else where . Where she could have actually ate. I WOULDNT GIVE THIS NOT EVEN ONE STAR.

Horrible! Chips of bone in all the chicken! Couldn't eat any of it! I called and complained. The man offered new chicken, but I would have to go pick it up, after I already paid for delivery plus a tip! Horrible customer service! I will definitely not be ordering from here again, and I encourage you not to order food from this restaurant.

Although the order was on time and accurate, the food was lack luster. My crab ragoons were burnt on the ends and did not come with a sauce as it does at many places. My dumplings were slimy and falling apart.

Awesome ! Great taste plus great service. I highly recommend. Everything was hot and flavorful . Plus the little man that delivers.

I absolutely loved eating here. I had an incident happen where someone stole my card & Â was making fraudulent charges on my card & they happened to have made a purchase from here. It was tons of charges made on my card. But I caught it & had my bank send me a new card and reverse all the charges made. Anywho. Fast forward a couple of weeks later I get a call from west king asking why I reversed my charges and when will I pay it back, I explained to them what happened and how my card was stolen and how someone was making unauthorized charges on my debit card. They proceeded in asking me questions and I ended up speaking to four different people. I then told them they should check IDs, before letting people make purchases over the phone or in person. I'm guessing it was the manager that yelled at me livid over the fact that I wasn't going to pay for any food that I DIDNT EAT!! NO SYMPATHY FOR MY CARD GETTING STOLEN. On top of that even threatened me. This incident has shown me there standards as a restaurant. I am highly disappointed. Smh.

I ordered sesame chicken, and honey BBQ wings, I know weird combo lol. I loved the honey BBQ wings. The sesame chicken was so so, and I didn't care for the wonton soup at all. Loved the boneless hbbq wings, and my delivery was fast. next time I would like to try the shrimp fried rice.

used to be my go-to for budget chinese when my wallet was thin for years but maybe under new management now? smaller ports (black boxes, no white take out) and obvious recipe changes to skimp on portions. they add bell peppers and that white chinese carrot stuff to fill up the boxes while cutting costs. don't see the family running around any more so im thinking new management = new changes.

We ordered wings and pizza from this place. I know...you should NEVER order wings or pizza from a Chinese restaurant. Lesson learned. It took almost an hour and a half to receive our food. We were overcharged by $20 and we still have not received a refund. To top it off, the food was terrible and woman I talked to was rude. This place is horrible.

I am giving them a 1 because of the burnt garlic wings we received when our food was delivered and the bad customer service. Don't disregard your customer complaints and say "we cook them all the same". That means today all of your customers received burnt boneless garlic parmesan wings.

I'll give it a 3 cause they have good pork egg rolls and combo fried rice, along with a really good hot and sour soup. My boyfriend hates everything though. He threw away his fried mushrooms. Fried pork dumplings were ok, not very flavorful. I like the sweet and sour sauce. Wouldn't recommend it as much as other places at all.
