We decided to go get donuts as a family for a morning treat and unfortunately only got disappointment.
We were so rushed that at one point the lady who was helping us just ran off to the back while I was in the middle of ordering leaving me standing there wondering what was happening. As we pay the lady at the register points to the price showing on the register then when I get the card receipt it is a different total. I was confused about the difference so I asked what caused it but she did not speak English and instead just pointed at a paper sign on the glass stating there is a 3.99% charge added for credit cards. It was posted so I was not going to dispute the difference but again the service delivery of the explanation just left me wanting to leave.
After getting home I debated on if I was going to leave a review and wasn't going to until I opened the breakfast tacos to find them slimy and falling apart. Ugh.
We will not be returning.

The blueberry donuts are fabulous!! My only dissatisfaction is how the kolaches have an awful lot of bread... The hubs loves the old-fashioned donuts and fritters.

Terrible. The older lady at counter doesn’t speak English and is unhelpful. The other lady gets annoyed at the customer when she has to correct her mistakes. Food just ok. Just go to Shipley’s.

Terrible donuts that are stale and leave a gross film on the roof of your mouth. On top of that, I got over charged for what I got. Avoid this place if you can.

While the prices are pretty decent & the drink selection is great… the food is not. One of my kolaches was okay but the second kolache sausage tasted like old rubber, even the bread was weird. I also had asked for no cheese kolaches, was given cheese. When I walked back in to get the correct items, the woman put my original order (that i walked outside with & she saw me touch with my bare hands) back on the shelf with the other kolaches to resale to other customers & that is just gross.

I came in early around 6am to grab a couple donuts and kolaches. While the kolaches were fine, I had a really disappointing experience with the eclairs. I specifically pointed at the fresh ones in the display, but the staff member went to the back and came out with a bag of older ones. The chocolate looked visibly aged, definitely not fresh, likely from the day before or even older.
It felt like they didn’t want to remove any from their display that early in the morning, which is not okay. It’s frustrating that this was done so openly and casually, like it was normal practice. That alone was enough to lose me as a customer.
To make it worse, the staff were unfriendly, the prices were shockingly high, and the refrigerator was so loud I could barely hear what anyone was saying. I even tipped them before realizing how the service would be.
Just a very disappointing experience all around.

The atmosphere reminds me of a certain place from a popular Seinfeld episode. You have to know what you want RIGHT AWAY or you’re toast. And donuts are just okay.

I recently visited this donut shop, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The selection was incredibly limited, and when I asked about other options, the worker curtly said there was nothing else available, despite the fact that they were open for another three hours. I ordered several donuts, but when I checked my bag, it was missing a few items. I tried to let the cashier know, but she kept ringing up my purchase without acknowledging the mistake. Only after I repeated myself did the rude lady at the counter finally hear me, and reluctantly added the missing donuts to my order. No apology, no explanation—just a very cold interaction. Customer service was lacking, and it's a real shame because the donuts might be decent but the staff lacks good customer service.

Stop here before school every morning. Ladies are not nice or friendly whatsoever. One of them barely speaks English, every time I ask her for something I gotta point it out or she’ll just get whatever she wants. Charged my son $10 for a glaze donut & a chocolate milk. I wonder if they take advantage of the young kids getting donuts before school

NEVER have I ever been greeted with a smile, a “hello” or any sort of friendly welcome into their store. I have been going here since i was a little girl. They give no effort to make eye contact or even look your way when you first walk in. It’s only “what you want?” And the total. It’s very disappointing and puts me in a bad mood every time. It’s not only me, i see this happen to everyone else as well. Too bad their sausage and cheese kolaches keep me coming back😒
