I recently had the pleasure of hiring Westheimer Coffee Company for a weekend meeting at our gun club, and I must say, they exceeded all expectations! As a passionate coffee drinker, I appreciate the nuances of a well-crafted cup, and Westheimer delivered on that front spectacularly.

Not only was her cart cute and a party fan favorite but her coffee was absolutely amazing. Wish she would open up a coffee shop because I would be first in line! Westheimer Coffee Catering is the best idea since sliced bread! Who wouldn't want a mobile coffee bar at their event and the coffee is amazing. April was very responsive and professional throughout the process and provided great service on-site. The price was much better than other local vendors.

April provided such an awesome experience! She was able to accommodate to the time constraint that we had since I had contacted her so late. Westheimer coffee was great for our corporate event! April worked with me to answer all my questions and was very flexible around our time and needs. She showed up early and stayed a little late for us at no cost to get everyone in line. It was a big hit at the company with lots of smiling faces and we plan to have her over more often. Also, the coffee was fantastic, and the options she made available would fit with even the pickiest client.

I originally booked Westheimer coffee company for a coffee stand at my wedding reception but due to covid I had to cancel my first date. I emailed them and explained I was pushing my wedding back to December and they were so accommodating. Then a couple more months passed and we ended up cancelling our big wedding and I ended up having to cancel with them all together. I was so bummed but they were amazing, so understanding and kind! I can’t offer enough wonderful things to say because they were very patient with me and ended up refunding my deposit and wishing me well. I’ve heard great things about their service and I’m saddened I didn’t get to experience it first hand. In the future if I’m ever booking an event and need a coffee service I would book them in an instant. They are so easy to work with and I wish them the best with their future business!

April's love and care for this company is so clear. AND, their coffee is delicious. Easily a highlight of my wedding. From hand crafted lattes to a hot chocolate station, it was a HUGE hit. April is amazing at responding to questions that I had about our event. She really brought out personal touches to top off our holiday party. Our barista was professional and responded quickly with the needs of our clients. April was fantastic and super responsive. They have a variety of options and April was able to tailor the menu to our special event. We ultimately had to cancel our event due to COVID and she was able to work with us. I look forward to working with her in the future. Definitely recommend.
