Worst customer service ever especially at 4am for the people heading to work the workers just be more kind. Maybe they upset they work overnight but came through and “Alexis” was very rude and not polite at all. This is not the customer service of “leadership “that should be in a drive through window in a public place

Staff are lazy and don't care about their jobs. Waited for 5 minutes nobody in line and theu couldn't take my order. It wasn't busy. Never coming back to this whataburger.

I ordered a salad through the drive-through when I was on my lunch break. I got back to my job, and they did not put anything in there for me to eat the salad with. Thankfully, we had some at work. But really? It's a salad. I'm supposed to eat it with my fingers?

Parking: It's so busy and congested and people waiting in their cars on the curb to get their food.

They charged me for a large fries and a drink
The girl who worked the drive through Windows doesn't know how to take an order on top of all that my Number 1 with Cheese the meat was so very cold it was so nasty to eat

We stopped by this location and was promptly greeted us. We ordered, my child ordered her plain cheeseburger which she stated she only wanted meat and cheese, we got our cups and the lady gave us the code to the bathroom and we sat down. It was odd we needed a code to enter the bathroom.

When we got our food my kids burger was wrong. When I took it back to the front, the manager wanted to see it. She told me plain means no veggies. Either way, when you tell the cashier only meat and cheese it means only meat and cheese. We do not know WHATABURGERS lingo with plain and dry. That is not MY responsibility to know YOUR terminology. It took almost ten more minutes to get another burger.
I did not appreciate being spoken to this way by the manager. We ordered it correctly. Please explain to your staff to LISTEN and to explain everything correctly.
