Just came through the drive-through to order my mail and the elderly lady out the window was very rude and disrespectful to say the least. I asked her to hold on while I looked at the menu she kept on asking me. What do I want? What do I want? I finally told her what I wanted. I pull up to the window. She don’t even say hello how are you doing? Good morning. Gives me my food and just slams the window And my face without even saying have a nice day. Goodbye. Please remove her from the window. As I come in to pick up my online order no one helps me as I stood at the front for 5 minutes. As I’m waiting the manager Bre comes up and asks if I’ve been helped. She then asks the name and proceeds to start swapping ketchup from one box to another. After a couple minutes another coworker comes up Julia and the manager bre tells her to get my order. Neither of them get the order instead they go to a nearby closet and start talking amungst themselves. Another 5 minutes go by they come out of the closet and both look shocked and the manager bre says and I quote, “girl you never gave him his food” they finally grab my already completed order and laugh as Julia hands it to me. Overall horrible service the food was cold as well.
