I normally don't write bad reviews, but this was the worst Whataburger I have ever been, they were the rudest and worst customer service ever. They didn't put cheese on our burgers after we requested everything on them, we dined in, when we went to tell them and asked nicely for 2 slices of cheese on the side to put on our burgers, they stated we didn't ask for cheese, and they made us get back in line to pay $1.30 on our credit card, and wait 20 minutes for 2 slices of cheese and our food got cold. The manager acted like she thoroughly enjoyed her power trip of withholding from us 2 slices of cheese after we spent over $30 on food. Their attitude was just awful, slow, I will not be going back to any Whataburger after this.

Placed an order through the app for curbside pickup. Arrived. Checked in. Waited over ten minutes for someone to come out with my order. I finally walk in & my bag of food is sitting under a counter; the last who helped me was cleaning trays so not helping other clients. The app didn't give me a choice to pick up my order on the drive through, otherwise I would've instead of wasting my time & getting soggy food.

Whataburger was last seen on the Chain Reaction IV scorecard (a joint survey that ranks chains' use of meats from antibiotic-using sources) in 2018. There, it received a grade of F for not having any known antibiotics policy in place

I been having issues with this Whataburger for a few visits now! They been giving me old wings and the food been cold after waiting 20 minutes or they giving me the wrong order. Today I go thru and they trying charge me for ranch that I need to eat with my wings I ordered. I have never paid for ranch if I order wings they lady going tell me all they other 15 visits that I have gotten wings they should have charged me! Lady you crazy ass he’ll’ so I did the survey today and left a really bad review as well cause I’m sick of it! Now I have to drive out my way to the 610 location because it’s always something at this location now!
