I wouldn't normally take time to rate a fast food place but Whataburger has been on the decline for the past few years. It's one of the few places open late night and I just got off work. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with no drink and waited about 40 minutes because I was trapped in their drive thru since there is no outlet. I tried to be patient but I went to ask what was happening and it looked like a couple of young people were just standing around and not sure what was happening. As soon as the car in front of me moved I left. No matter what location in Houston there is always a line of cars but 40 minutes for no food is ridiculous.

when I went to this whataburger, twice the drive thru server handed me a drink with the lid improperly secured, causing the drink to spill in my car. Now I have to get ky car professionally cleaned. On top of that, she got my order wrong and was extremely rude and unwilling to fix it, slamming the window in my face 3 separate times.Only go to this whataburger if you want to lose more than a hundred dollars in cleaning costs to your car.

Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes, only 3 cars in front of us. Our meal was missing food, frys were old, manager came out and told us the dressing for the salad was unavailable so we picked a diffrent one, he never returned with the other dressing. After waiting over half a hours for the food we just left, didn't want to wait another half hour for them to fix it.

This is now officially the 7th time I've been there and I've asked for them to please cook the fries so they're not coming out Raw or stale. Cheeseburger that I requested was overcooked. Fries and onion rings are just horrible at this location. My experience.

The people at this location are so incompetent. I had placed an order for curbside pick up and had to go inside to ask what was taking so long. They had my order just sitting there and were out of coffee, just unacceptable.

Jessica is one of the most pleasant and cheerful fast food employees I’ve seen. She made our experience great then we noticed she was the same with everyone! If she is this way everyday, Whataburger would be wise to bump her pay and hang on to her! I hardly ever leave reviews, just felt compelled to share our experience today.

The bathrooms are both locked and disgusting. You have to ask for a code to open the door. I think they lock them just so they don't have to clean them.The bathrooms should be cleaned every hour. It's not hard. You take a 5 gallon bucket of bleach water and wipe everything down and pick up all the trash. It takes less than 5 minutes for a single stall bathroom. I've worked at plenty of restraints that were capable of doing that. This bathroom looked like it hasn't been cleaned in days.

For fast food this was some quality stuff. I'm not really a fast food lover but I actually crave whataburger. I'm gluten free and typically get a bunless burger and put it on an udi bun when I get home.
