Its always an extremely long wait.
Foods okay. Im not from here so I can't say I necessarily understand the hype, but the foods not bad.
I do think fast food spots should be able to provide FAST food though.

I do Uber Eats every blue moon sometimes too.
Those orders Whataburger orders aren't worth it for me because of all the waiting around. Literally Lose money trying to pick up from a whataburger. So I now decline them...

The service was awesome! The food was ok. My fries were cold. I ask that they add mayo, but the burger was dry and also cold. They just have to do better with the food.The servers and cashier were nice.

The waiting time can be too long, one time I had to leave without my order because it took too long and there were many cars waiting. It is a very busy location. They should be more organized and hire more employees if necessary to meet the high levels of orders you will receive. per day.
