Set order to pickup because curbside wasn't available. They had my order ready but the doors were locked. Opened the doors and told me I had to go through the drive through which had a line almost around the building.

Drove through drive through, went up to pay, and female employee didn't say anything, just an upside-down smile with no words spoken. Please hire people with happy attitudes. The training employee giving out order needs to give the drive-through clerk some lessons. The order was wrong, and that's what made me share the experience. Otherwise, I would have left it alone. Burger was excellent, good job, griller. Hope your experience is better than mine.
