We went in with a group of approx 20 people and they were so kind and had amazing service. They started bringing our orders out before everyone finished ordering and got everything correct. The manager was so kind and appreciative of our business.

Hats off to the cook! My burger was perfect. My fries were hot and fresh.And the young man made my chocolate shake perfect! He was the one who took my order and served me in drive thru. He listened to me very well.

I placed an order through my Whataburger app on my way to work. I wanted to pick the order up on my way to work, actually from the Whataburger closest to my job on Hwy 6 South. When I went to the curbside parking spot, waited at least 10 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and went inside. I was told they didn't have a mobile order for me. Further review of my order on the app it was for a different location but I couldn't go there because I needed to go to work. I called the Whataburger where the order was actually made for that location because I couldn't cancel the order on the app. I was told I couldn't cancel the order, that once I didn't pick it up the order would have been cancelled and the money and points that I used would be refunded. I never received the money or points refunded. That has deterred me from ordering through the app since. I actually haven't been back to another Whataburger since I have been having so many issues there.

Very slow. It took them over 30 mins plus for anyone to acknowledged font counter. The lobby was full of ignored drivers and customers. Please do better.

It's a good whataburger. But they can use better in-house improvements like for people who go inside to order. They take longer inside then drive thru.

This location is consistent in food quality and proper fulfillment of the order (ie the correct condiments are on the food). It's clean in the customer areas, including bathrooms.

I use to work here. I wouldn’t argue with the staff. The manager spit in the food before because of a disagreement her and the customer had. I didn’t even know she would do it by the way she walked to the back, it seemed as if the manager understood the customers point of view. Other than that they’re a pretty good place to eat.
