It's a whataburger, the staff is slightlyoverwhelmed by a constant flow of customers, but they are consistently quick, the orders are usually correct, and the food is hot and fresh.We use curbside, and there's never a long wait. Very friendly, nice folks working there.
If you order online, they don’t care. They make you wait in line with the other people who ordered in person. Your food will be ready, but it’ll be cold and you’ve waited 30 minutes even though it’s already done.When you ask them for the food, they are so incredibly freaking rude. You wish they were United Airlines customer service. .I love Whataburger.This one should be embarrassed.I hope it goes out of business.Here, probably the worst service I’ve had between airlines, the cable company, or anything else.. because when you ask for help the manager just screams at you.I called customer service and left a complaint. Nobody actually called me back or emailed. They don’t care anymore.

I just got back from sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, only to drive off after I started reading reviews from others, who said this happened to them for 30. The review I read also said the second drive thru station was open, only for no one to answer to it when you pull up there, and that's exactly what happened to me too. Like another reviewer said: I'm speaking to Corporate. I wish I could be so lazy and incompetent at my job! 20 minutes and no one came to the window to at least say what the holdup was. Ridiculous.

Whoever was on drive thru… shouldn’t work in customer service. I got a number 1 with cheese and ketchup only homeboy on the speaker said oh no vegetables really? Who says that to a customer ? I got to the window, and asked what was wrong with no vegetables he said with an attitude I just asked no vegetables snatched my card and basically threw my food at me.. not to mention when I get home to eat the burger has an excessive amount of ketchup.. usually this location is good but not with him working there..I will be reaching out to corporate

It was dark & the drive thru line was long. I had to use the bathroom so I went inside while my bf stayed in the car in line.The lady who I actually think was the manager was very rude when I asked for the pass code. She ignored my question & just said "are you gonna order anything?" I told her I was in line in the drive thru. Her response was "what did you order?" I was getting mad at this point because I just wanted a quick restroom break & this lady wanted me to tell her my entire order! My first response should've been enough!My order was right but honestly I felt upset when I left because of how unnecessary that was & as a manager, she should set a better example on how to treat customers.Food was good. Atmosphere & service BAD.
