Check your order. It ridiculous that the staff dont get your order right. I asked for a Carmel Ice coffee and requested extra Carmel. Well, guess what, I didn't even get any Carmel in the coffee. It tastes like milk! Nasty! Need better training and Managers need to monitor staff!

This place is terrible in the Morning!!

Homeless people Everywhere in your face at the entrance door. They take all day to give you your order. Whataburger sells good breakfast just THIS LOCATION is trash!!

This Whataburger is excellent as far as the food and the staff go. I’d recommend it to anyone for those reasons alone.

Unfortunately, the area has a problematic history and atmosphere due to the surrounding hotels, and the indigent crisis under the bridge and the area

Took a while to get order and no one was patient or kind. When we got our order the patty melt had two curly long hairs in it one blonde and one red or orange it was disgusting and our fries were cold!

JEWLEZ G service is absolutely trash‼️ highly not recommended ‼️pass this location up and go to the next one ,the service is not worth you spending nearly $30 on 2 fast food meals . Someone should really look into retraining her or just throw the whole cashier away. Im disgusted with this location.

Dont eat here. They have zero customer service experience. Night manager is very mean and disrespectful. Front cashier employees are just as rude . Food is always wrong or sitting until you ask for it.

The manager forgot my bacon on a sweet and spicy bacon burger I had added lettuce and tomato’s so I guess underneath that they may have forgot. But he proceeded to give me 3 uncooked or cold slices of bacon and said, “thats how it comes” very unprofessional and rude.

This location has alot of problems anyway, but I just had the most ridiculous experience.i discourage anyone from using this location bc they hardly get your order right anyway and when it is right it doesnt taste good as other locations. But anyway, on 12/8 at about 10:35-10:40 i was at the window talking to a younger lady. She asked if I had the free water. I said no, that i had the mobile order for valerie. She said with the chicken and the sprite? I said no it had a large unsweetened tea plus lemonade. She looked around confused for a moment. And I said it's the mobile order for Valerie with the chicken and half tea/lemonade. She said "well you said no so how was i supposed to know?." Giving me an attitude. I just didn't even say anything because I didn't want to engage. So I just grabbed my food and she said, with some more attitude "you're welcome". My food and drink weren't even right. I double checked my mobile app and the receipt. So. Yeah, thanks for giving me attitude and the wrong meal. I guess.
