I had to drive all the way back from work to pick up one single taquito they didn’t even offer to give me one extra one or even a FREE apology. I understand mistakes happen but it’s a choice to provide bad customer service when that’s your job..

I had such a great experience at this Whataburger tonight, all thanks to Michael at the window. He was funny, polite, and just genuinely kind. It’s cold outside and he was still out there bringing food to cars, but he stayed attentive the whole time. He remembered everything I asked for even something I forgot to mention! His energy was just refreshing, and it really made my night.

I actually drove about 15 minutes to get to this location, and honestly, I’d bypass every Whataburger near my house just to interact with someone like Michael again. He deserves all the recognition. Managers, please keep him around employees like him are rare.

I ordered curbside and it just so happens to be raining and the inconsiderate manager on duty tells the associate delivering the food to tell me that next time I can come in since it’s raining. 1) I have no control over the rain. 2) if curbside shouldn’t be available online. Y’all don’t know what people are doing or have going that they decide to pick up curbside. The drive through at Whataburger is always long and everyone knows it’s a wait. If I prefer to get curbside and it’s raining it’s your job to still deliver the food. They had their associate not even greet me and tell me how I should come in next time because it’s raining after they waited extra long to even bring me my order. This is ridiculous. Have good customer service no matter how the weather is. Won’t be back again. Eat at another location.

Yet another example of check your stuff before you leave.
Shake was wrong - got banana not vanilla
Chicken Sandwich was spicy, not regular.

I don't know how or why WB consistently messes up orders.

Defiantly won't be back to this location.

Check your order. It ridiculous that the staff dont get your order right. I asked for a Carmel Ice coffee and requested extra Carmel. Well, guess what, I didn't even get any Carmel in the coffee. It tastes like milk! Nasty! Need better training and Managers need to monitor staff!

This place is terrible in the Morning!!

Homeless people Everywhere in your face at the entrance door. They take all day to give you your order. Whataburger sells good breakfast just THIS LOCATION is trash!!
