Let's start with I arrived at about 4:15 am order a #10 no tomatoes no onion add cheese ez mayo extra pickles pull up pay get my strawberry soda which taste like water no problem just switch it to a sprite received my burger for it to be wrong okay tell them its wrong he tell me its gone be 8 mins okay i pull to the front it 5 am so i drive back around car breaks down not mine one in front one me get to the window he hands me the burger at this point i want a refund he said okay let me get my manger he comes and say oh you wasn't tthere when i can out because you told me 8 mins i gave you 15 and you still didn't come out at this point you can't fo anything with the burger i have but because i was black and not his race he wanted to argue with me that not how you treat a paying customer could have said im sorry keep the food and let me refund you or offer me something else instead said oh well come in the morning the big boss will be no problem will be there please dont good nothing is done correctly

Bought a anniversary cup but they forgot to give the top. They did give me a straw for my drink. Had to remind the service that I wanted to buy a anniversary cup. He felt he was bothered to show us all the cup to purchase one.

If I could leave zero stars I would. It’s an hour wait every SINGLE time, forgotten condiments, and burnt food. This place needs to get there stuff together, taking business to 288.

Came here and order 5 combo meals that totalled more than $50. Asked for some ketchup, some spicy and some regular. When I get home I found 2 spicy and 2 ketchup packs. Ain't no way this is enough for 5 meals. This is reoccurring. $50 plus and can't get a few more ketchup packs????
This location has been a staple of the community since I was a kid, the employees are always warm, inviting and very welcoming. I know managers have changed over yrs, but one manager who always stuck out to me was Mrs. Major, she was always extremely sweet and very nice, not sure if she still one of the managers there today, since I order more through the drive thru now a days, but her warm welcomes always made waiting for a order like being at home waiting for mom to finish cooking. During lunch hours this location is fast, hot and ready. There can be a issue here and there, maybe not enough ketchup or napkins, or maybe a drink that got wrong and hey sometimes mistakes are made, but they never keep you away especially if you grew up in the area you always feel this location is home away from home.

This is the 3rd time I go to this location because it's really close to my house trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. And yet again I get disgusting food for my kids. It looks like they use old oil to fry the chicken and the lettuce on my burger was beyond wilted, it's sad ☹️ I paid $30 for my food that I couldn't really eat. At least the bacon was decent, which I paid extra for. If I could give 0 starts I would. I do not recommend this location at all.
