This is probably the slowest whataburger I have ever been to. The drive through did not have a long line maybe 4 cars in front of us, so far we have been waiting for over 40 minutes and we still don’t have our completed order they forgot to add the second item out of two things we ordered. Absolutely terrible and the food was already cold when it came out. Never coming back.

This is the first time ever that I've experienced coming from any Whataburger establishment the fryers with mediocre and warm the burger was just as cool and or warm as the toppings it was not freshly made I was in that lane 2.5 seconds and not the usual couple of minutes will not ever be visiting here ever again in an employee's laughing over the intercom playing around here you're supposed to be providing a service not having fun like you at Disneyland Mount ever visit here again

they should delete this location! we waited over an hour for 3 burgers & the bro at the front was the rudest person you could have at the front. we were asked for payment 3 times & asked what our order was maybe 5 times - there’s no system here at all & the employees look miserable.

Very slow service. To the point it’s not considered fast food anymore. “24 hour drive through” and they have it Coned off with half a dozen lazy employees inside just having a good old time. Between this location and the location on the 610 loop whataburger just isn’t worth the time anymore. Always some kind of disappointment.
Who doesn’t love whataburger ? I absolutely do! It’s a tradition, every Sunday after church we go and eat !

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Last time I will be stopping in here, I never leave reviews so hopefully management will fix the terrible service, the long wait time, and the rude workers. I waited 20 minutes in the second line at the very front and I had the worker walk off on me twice because she had no idea what she was doing. Didn’t even say “sorry sir give me one moment” just straight up walked off. Will NEVER go back.
