Excellent service. I came today, and the service was the worst ever. No one took my order. I eaited a few minutes, and I had to pull up to the window sonsomeone could help me. Breakfast Items were not ready. "We are waiting on sausages." I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my food. There is nothing fast about this place or the food anymore.

If I could give her one or I would, I waited in line for 10 to 15 minutes. Get to the window. They asked me to pull up. I said no I'm good sitting here thank you because I know how it works in the service industry if I wanted to wait longer than I already waited to get to the window, I would've went to a sitdown restaurant, however, the manager, said we can't serve you, and instead of giving me a receipt showing that he refunded me he throws a receipt at me that I paid for when I went back to the window. He wanted to argue with me and said oh you got a refund and then continue to shut the door in my face Disrespectful and rude. Do not recommend Whataburger whatsoever.
Completely disgusted. Burnt and inedible strips that were hard as rocks then had a black material in them. Never again. Disappointed beyond belief at this location.

Whatamess !! Worst experience ever , they don’t even take my order on drive tru waiting for long time , no co2 on the machines , my onion rings all soggy full of oil , no sweet tea , no soap on the bathroom, all messy and dirty , definitely sad experience!
