Every time I come to this Whataburger these young people have a problem with something… these young people here play all day long if they not walking around cursing at managers talking about what they not gone do and you doing it so the customers can hear you especially the Hispanic girl with the red finger nails her attitude is horrible‼️

We had a very long travel day and we were hungry. We live in Idaho but I'm a Texas girl and was wanting some Whataburger. There had been a ton of issues during our travel day but the employee at the drive thru window was such a burst of joy at 3 am. I wish I had gotten her name so I could post it!

Food is delicious but the time it takes to get your order, whether it's curbside, drive thru, pickup, dine-in, takes forever. It always takes minimum 20 minutes after the "ready time" for them to get me my food. Then the burgers come out cold. The least i'd expect after such a wait is for the food to be fresh.
