Had a total unsafe, negative experience this night in the drive thru, and management was no help. I was in the line and they seemed pretty backed up so the truck in front of me starts reversing and almost hits my car. He then proceeded to get out of his truck and try to speak to me, a solo woman in my car at 4am, to get me to back out. I refused, and then he proceeded to back up even further trying to scare me to back out. I then called the cops and a person in a gray shirt, which I assume is a team leader, came out and told me to wait for the police out of the line. He refused to acknowledge that I was being threatened by a man in a truck. 0/5, will be driving further out to another Whataburger for better service.

Vegetarian options: It's a great place to eat. The Texas best food. If you come to Houston
Not your standard Whataburger. You can tell management lacks training with the employees. No napkins in bag, requested any type of jelly or honey at the window and attendant mumbled they are out but may be able to go through the boxes in the back to find some. Uhm this is standard protocol to have your condiments stocked!

I’ve been to this location several times and it’s horrible! Food is always cold, especially the fries, drive thru line moves extremely slow. I decided to give them one last try, but this time it’s my last time! I was served cold fries and a half way cooked burger! I didn’t realize it until I was half way done. I’m completely disgusted and would never eat at this location again! THIS IS THE WORST WHATABURGER! They better hope i don’t get sick!
The manager on duty night shift didn’t want to replace my order was very rude because inside was closed they didn’t lock door and I asked to replace my order he told me I had to go Thur drive Thur and wait in the long line again so I asked for a refund will never come here again

A week ago, I placed an online order for breakfast during the breakfast/transition. My order was for the “following” day & I had no idea. The staff notified me of the order dilemma & the manager assured me she would handle it. I can’t say how appreciative I was of this small gesture. It speaks volumes as to the integrity of the crew here! Thank you!
