Went to the drive through and was immediately greeted with a cashier with a poor attitude. I proceed to get my food and both the fries and the burger were ice cold. I don’t even leave poor reviews but this is unacceptable.

Not really sure who’s working right now, but I wish I could get a refund, my food is overcooked/burnt making it hard. They forgot the salad at first as well, and we had to ask for the dressing. Not good at all….

I went to this whataburger and found out the manager RITA has her employees sitting outside in the drive through in cold temperatures even when it is slow and there is no line. Keep in mind Rita left for the day and had her stay outside in the cold in the dark at 6:00 ….while it was slow. I will be in touch with the corporate office because it reached 34 degrees that day ! That poor young lady was sitting outside there shivering taking my order. Whataburger needs to do better ! Justice for those workers working under a distasteful woman like her.

Allowing a person to smoke INSIDE restaurant is out of the line . Employee said that they couldn’t do anything about it . My food came out smelling like cigarette .

I had a very uncomfortable experience here because of how the manager, Sandra, treated me. I asked a simple question about whether they were a second-chance employer, and the response I got was very rude and dismissive. There was no professionalism at all in how it was handled.

On top of that, I asked for help with my drink because I didn’t want to use the front fountain machine, and that was also turned into an issue for no reason. It made me feel like I was being treated as a problem instead of as a customer.

I understand policies, but there is no excuse for being rude to people who are just asking questions respectfully. Customer service here really needs improvement.

I had a great experience at this Whataburger location. The service was excellent, and the staff made me feel very welcome. The food was also very good and much better compared to my recent visits at other locations. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the attention and the quality of the meal here. Definitely a location worth coming back to.
