I ordered a avocado bacon burger and received a burger with no avocado or bacon. The lettuce on the spicy chicken sandwich was old. I wouldn't say don't come back here, just make sure to double check your food. It isn't necessarily the drive thru or cashiers fault (who were very respectful and nice at this location) , mostly always the cooks or managers in the back who fail both their workers and customers. Take your time to check your food, it should be a priority for the team as whole to give you what you paid for.

Double checked our order before leaving, they forgot a large fry and all the condiments! Burger was not made the way i put in the app. Save yourself the disappointment and go to the Fairmont location. They consistently mess up. Won’t go back.

Man Whataburger use to be the place for good food ,good times, and good atmosphere for cheap, loved when they would take your order right on the bag. Not anymore, I only go if I see a commercial for something I missed from back in the 80's. Sorry, not Sorry.

I always go to this place but not anymore I wait more than 20 minutes in the parking lot I order for take out I went inside for the food and they still didn't even start in the order so gota wait other 15 minutes also they got the order at 9:15 I saw it on the TV they have and I got my order till 10:00

If I can give this place a 0 Star review, I would. Got our drink order wrong, said they didn’t have any ketchup at all but threw two in the bag, burgers and fries came out cold. Honestly, if you don’t like your job, then don’t work there. I hope they lose business here cause they honestly don’t have the right employees to run it!

Absolutely horrible customer service. This place is a joke. I went there and spent over 40 dollars on breakfast items, and out if all my order there was 1 honey butter chicken biscuit missing. I went back to the location and spoke to the manager. The manager argued with me saying that it was in the bag. It clearly was not in the bag. I mean if all the items I ordered I'm missing one biscuit and they are calling me a liar. They refused to give me something that I paid for. I will never be back to this location and I plan on telling everyone I know not to visit this location. These people are straight up thieves. I hope the manager chokes on my chicken biscuit
