Worst Whataburger experience ever. No one behind me at drive through. Took over 20 minutes for 4 taquitos and then they were not what ordered, sausage was bad, old or moldy tasting. (I ordered bacon). The girl at window comes to say, did you get your coffee and I replied yes but waiting on taquitos. She had me pull up. I attribute this to not being able to understand the person who took the order. It was also hard to hear. I repeated my order several times. Nasty place! If it was on my credit card, I would charge it back but my friend paid

If I place an online order 3 minutes before approaching the drive thru lane, I should NOT still be waiting for my order 33 minutes after the promised time. On the off chance this happens (like tonight), my food should be HOT and fresh. The fries tasted like they had been there well over an hour. Unacceptable

Tiny unwrapped taquito :( The eggs were salted to oceanic levels as well. Think staff just had a bad day. :(

I placed a mobile order here this morning. I tried to keep it simple, but it must have been difficult for the employee to understand. I ordered two biscuits with sausage and cheese only. I received two plain biscuits—no meat and no cheese. I didn't think it would be so hard to understand. I guess I will just go to Chick-fil-A across the street.
