We had made this place our choice for burgers & fries, BUT last couple of visits the burger ( meat patties) have been dry, buns not soft & being a fry person overfried hard & salty. Also place is so cold even when it was cold outside. So guess we are going to find another place for a good burger & fries.

It has two times in the past two weeks when I went to this specific location and ordered two taquitos and once I got into the front of the line, I had to literally wait over 20 minutes for two taquitos. I hate being that person, but seriously, how long does it take to make two taquitos?

The service here is ridiculous. They slow they don’t understand orders nor repeat the orders. The line is maybe 30 minutes long by the time you make it to the window you still have to wait numerous of minutes Customer Service especially in the morning time is at a standstill when that’s the most important time that they should be moving fast.
