This burger joint is never let down you always get what you order you're always liked what you order and it never changes the consistency of this place is just that
Food is always decent, that's the only reason I'm giving 3 stars. Otherwise, they constantly take to long and order-trap people in the drive-thru, meaning they constantly tell people to drive forward so they can take the next vehicle order. They know that once people order, they're less likely to drive off because they take too long.

Ordered thru drive thru, waited 45 minutes and went inside to cancel and use a few choice words and they said ohhh, its sitting right here, also said they had wings, turned out to be boneless #

Ridiculous that online orders are slower than drive thru, EVERY TIME!
I work the late shift and get off around 2-5am.. whataburger is one of the only places open when I get off work. The one by me is, at minimum, a 20-minute wait for food. Slimy green eggs, cold burger patties, stale bread and soggy greasy cold fries. I tell myself I won't ever go back but it's hard when you're hungry and only have ramen at the house and walmart stopped being 24 hours during covid.. 0 stars
