I ordered a #11 no tomato, substitute Mayo and add a slice of cheese, no one was in front of us in the line and no one entered behind us, they had us pull to the 3rd window anyway so we did, we wait and get our food, go park and I look at my sandwich and they had forgotten the slice of cheese I paid to have added, my husband was livid he pulled into one of the pick up slots and took the receipt and my food into the lobby, showed them the food with its missing slice of cheese and very small sad piece of lettuce, the girl at the counter looked at the food and receipt and fixed it. What is the point of a drive through window if you never get the order correct? Seems every time we attempt to give the one another chance they mess up one of our burger/sandwich.

Ordered several meals for my family. We did not fill up all our drink cups at the beginning. Began filling up a drink cup towards the end and a employee very rudely said, you can't refill your cups and drink all our stuff. I had actually not even filled up one cup which I'm entitled to do so, having bought the meal. It seemed to me like they don't want to serve the customer or do the work. Won't be coming back here. It seems like they don't want business.

The bacon was a little more crispy which tasted amazing 5 stars The pancakes were good 4 stars The hash browns were fire!!! 5 stars Have I been missing out this whole time!?

Our food had a very obvious hair inside the burger on 11/13/25. We come here sometimes and haven't had this issue. $15 meal (we spent more bc we got multiple orders) to drive home and find a hair INSIDE the burger is not cool. Please make sure cooks are wearing appropriate hair nets and hair tied back. This was gross and a waste of money for that order.
