I picked curbside and had to go in still. I don't mind if it's busy and things like that but when it's pretty dead and my food was in the warmer, I'm a little annoyed.

Front desk cashier was so rude. I dropped some soda on the counter and asked her for a rag to clean it up and she sighed and said what do you think the napkins are for and I said well I didn’t want to waste napkins if you just had a rag and than continued to say “you’re worst than the kids” like what is your problem lady, I was just wanting the rag and now you’re insulting me over a small spill. If you hate your job that much, please quit so that way other people don’t have a bad experience because of your attitude. Not sure her name but I went in at 330 on 10/13th.

Jacob in the dine in treated my friends and I so respectfully and professionally. I do not appreciate who I think was the manager stephanie correcting them in front of us rudely and unprofessionally. It was so inappropriate the way she was talking to him in front of us. She was scolding him for not asking us for our names even though he gave us assigned numbers for our orders. I work in customer service and food service as well and I would’ve been embarrassed being talked to like that in front of guests.

Fast food is not my favorite thing to eat. However, this location is being highlighted for quality of service, and customer service. My few times going to this location have always been greeted with warm welcoming love. The type of greeting I wish more humans could become familiar with. Amy saw that I was sleepy, tires and still put a smile on my face while handing me my pancakes. Thank you for all the moving pieces that keeps this location operating the way it does.

One star because I always order a large fries with my order I'm a fatso you know, and they always give me a medium size fries on a large box. I think is wrong because they charge me for a large order not a medium order. That's a shame that they train their employees to commit robbery. just multiple how many times they do it. ??????

It was great to get a Justaburger again. It tasted so good. We love a malt too, so we got a vanilla malt. Everything was perfect and everyone was friendly. I definitely give it 5 stars.

I had an amazing experience at Whataburger! I ordered the avocado burger, and it was fresh, flavorful, and made just the way I like it. The burger was juicy, with creamy avocado that added a delicious twist to the classic flavors. Everything was served hot and tasted great. The fries were crispy and perfectly salted, with the spicy ketchup adding the perfect kick.
The service was friendly and efficient, and even though it was busy, my order came out quickly. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Whataburger exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely be coming back!
