New Caney Whataburger food preparers need to go over for re- training.New Caney has gotten plain sloppy with the amount of condiments it adds to burgers, and then it's a soggy mess when you get home.Kingwood has the standard Whatavurger taste you're looking for.

I love Whataburger, but this one is really bad. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I ordered and paid for a double (a #2), and I got a single patty. I also ordered a chicken strip meal and was shorted a chicken strip. I ordered an unsweetened tea and was given sweet tea. This place is a rip off. I was also made to wait a long time when there was only 1 car in front of me. The place was not busy. I would avoid this place.

My younger brother is not allowed to have many foods.He has always wanted a meatless WHATABURGER per his dietary restrictions. One day my brother asked if he could have a whataburger but with hash browns instead of meat. I decided to go into the restaurant and speak with the manager. Mind you, I had attempted this request, in the past, with other Whataburger locations for my brother but, sadly, was told they could not do that. This time, I decided to try again meeting Alex, the manager. This leader was more than willing even though it would take a few extra steps for his whataburger crew. Alex’s team and he decided to do it. My little brother was so happy and I shed a tear as I saw his small hands hold the burger as he ate. After that, I returned and Alex remembered me. He asked if we wanted to same and I gleefully said yes. I have returned 3 times since that first day for our special order. I write to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to Alex and the evening crew of the Kingwood Whataburger on Northpark.Vegetarian options: SaladsDietary restrictions: Substitute meat with hash browns
