This store in Summerwood location didn't deliver my order due to miss management. I've been a loyal customer and I ask them to replace my order with a simple small cheese order order. The sub manager pass the phone to the lead manager and the lead manager interrupt me and hung up. Zero customer service at this Summerwood location. Zero Trust and Zero expectations from this store.

My honey butter chicken biscuit was so dry. I’ve had a lighter sauced sandwich but that thing was DRY AF. All I wanted was a good sandwich, and the thing that makes it good… was missing. On top of that, we were already waiting for 20+ minute in the drive through at night. Not even busy hours.

The burger was delicious and the meat cooked real well. However it's probably the most I've ever waited on food. It was after 10:00 PM and they did have a full staff. It took 20/25 mins for three no. 1 combo meals.

Come to the drive thru and park your car bc you will be waiting 30 mins . Doesn’t matter what lane you’re in. Food not fresh or hot when you get it
The last few years it is about a 50% chance you will get a good hamburger. This time it wasn't very good. It definitely was the meat that wasn't up to par. The bun and fixings were okay. Plus it would be nice if the fries were cooked longer. Good luck on your visit. You will need it.

There was glass found in my food here. The general manager showed no remorse. He started being extremely rude. He would not provide me with any information. I would highly suggest not hearing here at all. This was a true nightmare. It was in my seven year old daughter’s food and he didn’t even say sorry.
