We LOVE Whataburger food‼️ My son LOVES their shakes‼️ I hate they're so EXPENSIVE, and there was an opposum in the drive-thru (I have opposum PTSD..LoL). It's a pretty busy place, even after hours. The customer service was awesome, even giving my son a bandaid for a burn he'd received from work.

miranda a older white lady in maybe her 50's the manager was very unprofessional and rude. rolled her eyes when i asked for fresh fries. she snatched the fries and felt them then rolled her eyes again proceeding to talk about me saying that they weren't even cold fries in front of me to a co worker. they need to take her aside and teach her proper customer service. she always has a nasty attitude. i know it's whataburger and you don't get 5 star service but i do expect human decency especially if i haven't done anything to you. it's just fries and i'm asking you to do your job. it was slow too i would understand if it was busy but come on. i didn't know putting fries in a fryer was hard to do. just put the fries in the bag mann...

Ordered ahead from this Whataburger on our way home from IAH. We had a big order for 6 people all with different orders and customizations. Our food was 100% accurate, hot, and probably the best whata I’ve had in a LONG time. Food came out quick and the team members were friendly. Idk if it’s the 6 days we were away from home or it was really just that good- but this Whata experience deserved a 5 star review. Thanks to the night crew working on 7/16 for the solid welcome home!

Picking up delivery on DD and Uber eats this place always busy so it makes the service extra slow
I have never gotten my food at the window regardless of how slow it was I’ve always had to pull up and wait. Waited 20 minutes and had to ask for a refund and the lady was upset with me because I had drank my drink while I was waiting

Don't go thru their PARK THRU. ITS NOT A DRIVE THRU. And Don't expect the condiments you asked for to be in your bag... you will have to walk inside anyways. Just order inside I guess

I said no Ice and the cup had more ice than coke, no pickles and tomatoes and that's all that the burger had plus lots of mustard and no mayo as we asked, they put all the stuff that we didn't want and we love too far to go back.
