I live just about a minute or two away but I choose to drive the 10 minutes to the 1960 and Townsend location because at this location the bread on the buns is always stale The burgers are always put together poorly you know pickle sliding off cheese and patty misaligned and it is so hard to get in and out of the parking lot it's very busy, always a wait and it seems like there's always issues with my order when I go to pick it up so I would blame the management and staff working there as the cause but also whoever operates the business doesn't spring for at least me it seems like fresh bread/buns.....oh just picked up here 10/13 had a large fry and it barely was half full....should've just got a medium but then again would've ended up with a small fry....so go ahead and add undercutting you on the fries as well.

This is unacceptable … you have to wait 10 min in the line to pay, then another 15 min by pulling up for our food to be brought out. What type of system is this? Are you manipulating your numbers so higher ups can’t see how this is a complete mess?
I swear. Only because it’s the only thing open at this time. They are so slow. Bad customer service. They make you wait over 30 minutes.

About nine employees standing around doing nothing, and everyone acted annoyed as hell that I showed up to pick up my online cheeseburger at 930 pm. No other customers. No drive through line. And then they had the audacity to not even give me my whole order when I left. It was literally a double cheeseburger and two patties was too much for nine people.

This location will pull you around to the front for a napkin I absolutely hate it here there needs to be another one in the area it’s horrible I went on a 15 min break and it took 20 mins just to get a number 20 with and ice coffee smh get it together I promise it’s always an issue whenever I come to this location
