This has to be the slowest What A Burger in the world. I ordered a simple Chicken Fajita and Fries. I was told to move to curved side area to wait. I waited 18 minutes and still no food . Manager on duty extremely rude. Will NEVER visit this address again. Poor customer service number at its best

H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E Experience at Whataburger Location #324

I recently had a FREAKING HORRIBLE experience at Whataburger location #324 on 2627 FM 1960 E, Houston, TX 77073. I visited the store at around 4:13 AM on December 23rd and received old food, the fries weren’t even hot.
After discovering this issue, I contacted the store and spoke with an employee named Robert, who advised me to bring back the receipt for a fresh replacement. However, upon returning to the store with the meal and receipt, I was informed by the staff that they couldn’t honor my request because I did not return within their 48-hour policy period and hadn't spoken to a manager. Even after explaining my earlier conversation with Robert, I was told there was no record of it, and a manager declined to speak with me.
Additionally, I was threatened with police involvement if I didn't leave the premises. A fellow customer kindly offered assistance by suggesting he would buy me food, which I appreciated but declined, as my main concern was addressing the principle of the service issue.
I contacted Whataburger's corporate office, and the representative collected my details, mentioning a potential refund, although my request was simply to have my meal remade fresh. This experience has left me disappointed, and I hope it is addressed to improve future customer interactions.
