I came here and they did not have any type of beverages at ALL and the service was very rude. On top of that I waited by the front door like they told me and waited almost 30 minutes for my food to be ready. I only had 4 burgers. I have worked in fast food before it does not take that long!

Just had the worst experience ever...on the 2nd lane and got forgotten even parked right across the window...1st lane was 4 people deep so went to 2nd lane...had 3 others served before me and still they had to come out and ask what my order was...really, so this works for every other customer in the 2nd but not me...

This store needs to be reshaped and get their stuff together. They have too many problems of trash, homeless surrounding the store and inside. They don't listen to your order and when you correct them. They don't fix the issue. Money isn't growing on trees, people, so please do better at your job cause. Guess what. It's your job to make the burgers the correct way.

Dined in at this location on Feb. 3, late evening, not many people dining only a small group. Had ordered a Whataburger Patty Melt Whatameal with an Apple Pie and Brownie. It was all good, enjoyed! ??

This Whataburger has been my Whataburger since since I was 25 years old now I’m 58 years old they were the best hamburgers many other Whataburger, the quality the meat has gone down today. I wanted an apple cranberry chicken salad. They did not have it. They did not have boiled eggs for the other salad, I ordered a number seven a junior burger it was raw I asked for extra lettuce and extra onions. No cheese didn’t get it. I asked for sweet tea and they poured me unsweet I asked with no ice please they put ice and gave me the wrong tea and then to top it off. They really messed up on my sweet tooth. I do not like apple pies I asked for a lemon pie. What if they give me an apple pie I’m very upset and then it took them 35 minutes to give me my order I was at the window for 20 minutes. I’m upset the last thing I asked him if they can give me a refill because I drank half of the tea and I don’t like I didn’t want to be useless because I knew that they were behind, the young lady said that they give refills that was very annoying and I left from Whataburger very sad. It was in between 130 to 2 o’clock in the morning please Whataburger return your meat and please get more responsible people in there. I’ve always used to brag so much about that. This was the best Whataburger in town and now it’s been the worst please please get somebody in there. They would do a better job because I really want my Whataburger back. I want to take my grandkids to Whataburger now that I’m a grandmother I wish Whataburger would consider putting things for children to play with because I prefer them to eat Whataburger and eat McDonald’s, I have stopped eating McDonald’s now I wish I would’ve known at 20 when I had my children and McDonald’s was no good for them so please bring your back I can take my grandkids to my favorite Whataburger
