This location is guaranteed to have a packed drive thru every weeknight starting around 4 PM but it was my local Whataburger for years and I never had a bad experience here. Not perfect, pretty sure I got food poisoning once when they first introduced the buffalo chicken sandwich, but the fries were always fresh and service was quick.

Probably my worst whataburger experience yet. People were friendly. But I asked for a sweet n spicy no mustard and they put mayo on it for some reason. It doesnt even come with that. Ordered honey BBQ whatawings and got some weird buttermilk crap. But they got my onion rings right i guess... smfh

Sat in drive thru over 10min. Just to be given wrong food. Go inside & was told my order is coming. Sat another 5 min. Only to inquire about my food & get told it’s just NOW being dropped fresh. I simply asked for my refund. Engagement from beginning to end EXCEPT the lady who took my order was HORRIBLE. The manager looked completely lethargic & disheveled. What is going on in this place. Twice I’ve had to get refunds because of poor service from management which spilled down to the staff. Sad.

12-12-25 , I ordered a sausage breakfast bowl with no gravy. Arrived to work, no sausage. The next day returned to the line , explained I did not get what I ordered. Unfortunately, the staff did not honor my request for the missing piece of sausage. I was disappointed due to the fact I literally eat there everyday. Unless there are sausage hustlers lying about that breakfast sausage, you should have fixed your misstep or attempted to assist a loyal customer.
