So today was a great day. The guy on drive thru was very nice. I had to wait only a little bit, but that was because of fresh grilled chicken. The lady who brought out my food to Lane b was very nice to me as well.

Curbside order ready by 5:50pm however no one came out until after 6:05pm after my husband walked in to get the order.
They did not seem concerned with customer service today. They also forgot bacon and sweet and spicy sauce on sweet and spicy bacon burger. Seriously do better.

This place was extremely busy inside when I arrived. I didn't think it would be as the drive through generally gets the majority of the business. But the crew was doing a phoenonmial job of making sure all online orders and counter orders were processed accurately and efficiently. The cooks were busy working on their respective duties and the rest of the crew was busy making sure orders are handed out as soon as they are ready. Every counter order , and every online order was accurate and going to the right person. They were all courteous at that. Not only that but the ENTIRE DINING AREA AND RESTROOM was clean. Amazing job ladies and gentlemen. Congratulations on a job well done. An excellent example other Whataburger locations to follow,as well as other fast food restaurants. Lije the clowns with the golden arches and the morons with a king as their mascot. Thanks everyone! Your hard work is greatly appreciated.

This is one of the slowest Whataburger locations I have ever visited. Each time I come here, the staff seems to move at a leisurely pace, making the entire experience feel drawn out and frustrating.. Food is OK but they’re slow as hell and it just doesn’t make sense. Put some pepper in your act like you’re happy to be at work.

Jazz was so friendly. Not that everyone isn’t at whataburger usually. But her energy stood out. Standing in the heat taking orders and serving food with a smile and great personality. Keep her!!! Everyone isn’t like that out there in the fast food industry.

I only come here because it's on my way to work but they always give me the wrong order at the drive thru or it's always missing something. Double check your order before you leave the drive thru and if you are in a rush, good luck because they take forever to fix it and on top of that they give you attitude for fixing the order they did wrong.

This use to be a great whataburger, don't know what happened. Maybe time for a new manager.
