At this time and hour dec 23 at 6pm the entire team working is useless. Made me wait 15 mins on the drive thru!!!!! Asked 3 times my order and in the end they gave me my order incomplete!!!! Whoever is in charge of this team let me tell you THEY ARE USELESS!!

We got our lunch pretty fast and our orders were correct. We had to wait a couple minutes for my order but I think they were making more onion rings because they were very hot and fresh.

Constantly forgetting things in the bags. I’ve been charged for 3 cookies twice now and they aren’t in the bag. I shouldn’t have to hold up the line to check and make sure they’ve done their job correctly.
Love this whataburger. I now prefer this one than the one by Southwest freeway by Fondren. I’ve been here plenty of times and they have always been spot on. The service is good as well. I will be coming here from now on.
