ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I went to get food for me and my friends, 3 combos I was charged for an extra meal, my price went from $32 to $53 I tried to ask the manager Ashley about it and she was very dismissive and rude. After the noticed her mistake she didn’t apologize just opened the register and handed the cashier $10 to me, now how is $53-$10 $32? I guess knowing math wasn’t a requirement to be a manager here. I have yet to recieve a full refund and I will be contacting corporate every day until I receive it! Managers like Ashely make it hard for good restaurants to maintain loyal customers!

Why two stars? They removed the old card reader that lets you see your order, these new ones are ASS it only shows you how much you paid and not show you the order!! I want to see my order!!

Excellent good service every time I go there I go once a month and it's always the best service that I can get I give it five stars and everything the food is fresh is good respectable customers bring your food fresh and I tell you never had a problem bear from clean the area where you eat it is always clean behind the service station is always clean to get your food out to you quick and fast the workers are real good friendly and real nice the lobby is clean the bathroom is clean the parking lot is clean the windows are clean the tables are constantly being wiped out the employees uniforms be nice and clean and iron the workers be on point every time even the manager be back to working fine fries doing the burgers doing the service at the one on every time I come this is the best Whataburger I love it I give it 5 on everything

Quality has been decreasing at this location. Here in line again 5 17 22 1011 am been waiting now for simple breakfast. Waiting for 13 minutes still 3rd car. No one seems to care at this location or thr BDT the new owner.

I had family visit from out of town on 8/10/2024 and they wanted to stop at a Whataburger because where they from they don't have a Whataburger. Well @ 8:32 am we stopped at the Whataburger 7629 W. Belfort. As we proceeded to drive onto the premises we were in drive thru for at least 7 minutes and then there was a female voice that came on the speaker. As they were ordering my niece was constantly being overtalked. So fast forward we always say, chill out because you never know what people will do to your food.My niece is a sweet talking individual never want any problems but listening to the way she was being handled was unacceptable! The cashier in question name on the receipt read Linda G. Now once pulling off from the drive thru because she was not about to stoot to the lshe drove off. Now opening her food the picture below shows white bread when it should of been a Texas toast. It's sad that they received this type of service here in Houston but this facility will never get another dime, or service from me and I know surely not from my out of town guests because of the poor customer service. I understand the cashier had absolutely nothing to do with the preparing of the food but to have the food made like it was and then the customer service was unacceptable. Please everybody is going thru something but it's your choice and decision on how you can handle situation but it's not that serious. To the Management at that location I will say, this type of behavior is unacceptable and not fair and to top it off to have called the store back and the phone just rung. She was over it and went to another Whataburger by our residence in Cypress. A waste of money and time. There needs to be some form of accommodation for this mess like for real.

I paid $45.00 dollars and the workers still messed up two of the orders. When things go wrong this really makes me think that I should have just gone home to cook instead of spending that much on food.

Very friendly work staff
They ALWAYS get me right. Always friendly energy at the drive through. I never have a problem with this location ESPECIALLY the night shift. I love the night manager! Thank you for always treating me with great customer service!

So, I need to share this insanity and unsanitary experience. I work remote and just quickly ran out to get some food, cos I was hungry, worse mistake as the food is now trashed. So, I was waiting by the window at about 2:09am after about 20 minutes on the line, there I saw an older man who I now confirmed he's the manager, taking a new trash bag and laying it in the trash container, for some reason I watched because he first filled in fries in the fryer and then took the bag and next thing was in the trash container laying it, after he nicely laid it, this man went to my brown bag that was set to out in fries and started fondling it, to put in my fries, I immediately made a knock on the window and told the lady who took my orders to ask him to wash his hands after touching trash. Next thing, she told him he made a stinker face and grudgingly went away from the window I saw him grab gloves and he put the gloves ontop of the dirty hands, next he said something to them and they all started looking at one with side eyes and started laughing.
There is absolutely no need for employees to infuriate customers, these are not the reason we drive miles amidst all the road craziness to patronise your businesses. These and more are the reason they escalate situations with other customers that may not tolerate unscrupulous and dirty behaviors. If a manager doesn't understand the importance of sanitary and a healthy meal that is unfortunate. Run your cameras if any part of what I've complained about is false, disregard. Train these employees to be better and do better. It can resolve many of the issues we see in society today.
