I put in a mobile order at 2:22am and arrived at this location at 2:29am. Was told to proceed to Lane B

40 minutes go by and not a single person came out with the food. At this point, I was stupid for waiting that long but I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt. I drive back around to the drive thru and was told they ‘just’ got the order. I wasn’t born yesterday and this isn’t the first time either

We walked in pretty late and had an amazing experience. From the minute we walked in the lady gave us the bathroom code as she seen we had to use the bathroom which was super nice and awesome. Then the gentleman took our order the food was delicious and hot. Great experience here. You all did an amazing job tonight we appreciate everything you all do very very much.

Got a breakfast on a bun meal this morning before work and request no meat just egg and cheese. I am now at work ready to eat my sandwich and it's no egg only meat. The order was eung up correctly according to my receipt, but somehow the cook prepared my sandwich wrong. Now I can't leave work to bring it back for the correct sandwich. So frustrating 😡

They normally do a pretty good job here but recently I ordered a few items for breakfast, the honey butter chicken biscuit, a double meat Whataburger Jr dry with no lettuce added jalapeño extra diced onions and 2 biscuits & gravy one with a jalapeño biscuit. I’ve been ordering biscuits and gravy not super consistently throughout my life but many times and first had them 23 years ago now. This was the worst of them all, the gravy had so much grease it was yellow color. Biscuits and gravy should not have any grease at all in it. Whoever made this batch does not know what they’re doing at all or just doesn’t care. Both gravy’s were inedible. I had to throw them away.

And then having the nerve after I’ve waited 10 minutes in line to give my order to ask me if I want to eat there- To which I replied, I don’t and drove off. I’ll drive 15 minutes to another Whataburger before I ever visit this location again. Whataburger needs to bring back secret shoppers.

Worker in the front tonight just preparing bags at the register has a horrible attitude. If you don’t like your job you can leave. No greeting just “you here for pick up?” *walks away* plops shake down “that it?” Lucky I come here often and don’t want my food spit in.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I attempted to use a newspaper coupon twice, as I had done before, by placing two separate orders—one for me and one for my husband, who wasn’t present. This time, I was told I could only use the coupon once and that it had to be taken away, despite no such rule being listed on the coupon. When I asked for a supervisor, Mariana Perez, she insisted it was store policy and refused to let me use it twice. I asked to see the coupon's fine print, which confirmed no mention of a one-time use rule. When I pointed this out, she said it was simply "store policy" and blamed it on cashier training. I requested my food so I could leave, but she asked for my receipt, which felt unnecessary since the system already tracks transactions. I feared she might try to refuse to give me the food I paid for. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. A supervisor should prioritize customer satisfaction, not argue over unclear policies. If I’d been informed of the policy earlier, this issue could’ve been avoided. I request a follow-up and expect compensation for this poor experience.
