The employees closed the dine in area early on 03/09/2025 and I was unable to enter the building. Also, as I waited I noticed multiple customers were turned away. The drive thru did not move and was backed up. When I got the food, it was cold.

Very understaffed, very slow. I do not recommend coming here late, they’ll take a decade to complete your order.

I waited in the second lane of the drive thru for several minutes and finally moved once I saw the first lane had serviced 2 nearly 3 cars. There was no cone or sign or response to my prompts on the speaker. I decided to go inside because the drive thru lane had gotten longer and that was the worst decision. Drink station had no ice. My order took over 10 minutes. Literally still waiting as I type this review. The young guy in the front register is nice enough but when I mentioned about the lane he just threw his hands up like it ain’t me. When I expected a reaction like let me tell the manager at the very least. There were two men in the kitchen MOVING and getting orders through but most of the gaggle of women were standing around gossiping. Just awful. Make that 12 minutes and counting.
Only reason I even came here is because my parents still stay on this side and we wanted to grab a “quick” bite. Jesus.

Upon entry, I noticed over 15 people waiting. Had 2 wait to place order because staff was talking load to one another. (arguing). Here is my receipt and look at receipt. Sandwich was not good at all. Next time, I will turn around at the door when I see the signs. We have to do better.

Very unprofessional worker
Drive-thru girl had an attitude when I approached the speaker to make my order. They had also forgotten to give me ketchup, I then proceeded to went in and ask for some and the worker gave me attitude saying that I should’ve checked my bag before leaving the drive-thru. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Drive through took around 45 min to get food, it wasn’t busy either. Cashier was rude, they couldn’t take credit cards so I had to do cash, and even after the wait the fries were stale. No apology or acknowledgment.

This has to be the most ghetto rudest location ever !! Workers need to fix they damn attitude or go seek employment else where no customer service whatsoever the lady in the drive thru window needs to fired immediately!! And of course like always they mess up your food !!!

Don’t take me wrong, Whataburger is my go to fast food chain. However, I have a displeasure regarding that particular location. To be short, if you plan to dine in, allow yourself plenty of time because they are really very S L. O. W. In fact, you may end up leaving behind the coffee you duly paid for. Good Luck.

Lady at window was very rude ignored my request walked away and made a racist gesture food was wrong. Not the first time something like this happened very rude and hostile don't have any customer service there

This place is absolutely abysmal. The Manager and Staff are Always arguing and screaming in front of the customers. Teamwork is very poor and lack of Respect for customers 😔
