Understaffed during its busiest times. Order breakfast this past Sunday for curbside and had to go inside to get it, but it took them 30 minutes for an order placed an hour before.

The worst experience ever. The drive thru line was long going outside around the establishment the night crew was more worried about getting out of their shift by 6 am they had two employees come outside with tablets to take everyone's orders. The inside dinning area was closed to the public and all the chairs were on the tables. I somehow got skipped by 9 other customers that had ordered after me and was racially discriminated by the night staff simply because I was Hispanic while everyone that was African American got served quickly and passed on ahead of me and my spouse and I were left to be served til the very end and the night staff was of African American decent. The lady was very rude and shut the drive thru window on me simply because I was asking about the status on our food ordered especially since I had already paid for it earlier. Totally unacceptable unprofessional

I’ve only visited this Whataburger twice and both times were curbside pickup orders. They take forever for curbside. I waited over twenty minutes for spicy chicken sandwich with veggies that were already going bad! Mushy tomatoes that just fell apart and wilted mushy lettuce…borderline rotted. Clearly the workers care very little about the quality of their ingredients but at least they’re nice…
