Ordered pick up at night, only one drive thru open and available for transactions. Line out to the street, no organization of the line either so people were pulling in and out like crazy. Also if you're going for a late night bite after work just go home and make eggs. Took an hour and a half to go through the line and the cops even had to come to reign in some of the customers. I'm only giving 4 stars in atmosphere because the street fight entertained me for the first 15 minutes. Burger was also ice cold by the time I got it even though they had an hour to remake it and the people ahead of me took 10 minutes to pass out and receive their food.Go to the one on Richmond they actually get stuff done.
I eat here often and it's a great place to be. Nice and big place that looks clean with a great overall design. Cashiers are great, haven't had any problems with them once, and the food is always excellent.

Why both lanes open but yall are ignoring people thats in the second lane. If someone moved the cone put it back or be nice enough to say I'm sorry but that lane is closed instead of laughing at people. Customer Service goes a long way but that means nothing to the workers because the don't own their own. You need to talk to your workers. Sonics next door sold me what I wanted with no problem.

My husband and I have not been to Whataburger in a long time, and apparently, there is good reason for it. From the moment that we drove to the drive-through, we were told that we were in a closed lane. It did not even have a closed sign. We then drove to the correct lane and ordered our food. When we made a modification to our order, the person taking our order, answered back with a major attitude. After driving nine minutes to get home low and behold, the order was wrong. My husband drove back to get the order corrected, and the only replaced the wrong item instead of the whole order, which by then was already cold. When my husband asked them to give us a whole entire order new, they gave him grief. Finally they gave us new sandwiches but not even a replacement drink, which by the time he got home was already watered down. Never again.

This location consistently provides an awful fast food. However, the location is so convenient for me that I keep giving them chance after chance. Perhaps I’m a glutton for punishment.
