I'm going to start by saying I'm an African American woman. And I'm truly disappointed in my black folks. This has to be the most unprofessional whataburger I've been to. They walk by the register and don't acknowledge the customer. I work in the food industry and you must at least have some type of customer service. Now why is it when you go to the white area of town and visit they whataburger you are treated with good and pleasant service. I hate to do my people like that but come on we gotta get better. Customer service should be top tier

The African American manager that is there in the evenings (mainly seen him on weekends) is extremely rude when Iâve tried to pick up an order. He will just say âwe donât have itâ or âsomeone took it alreadyâ heâs just go unprofessional they need new management ASAP!!! Or they will start losing more customers.

We usually make the long trek to Sugarland to get fresher food from Whataburger.
Itâs a shame that we canât get anything nice unless youâre on Highway 6.
But ever once in a while due to tiredness we will just live with the disappointment of this place. Not sure whatâs going on with their night crew but for years itâs been this way. You will be sitting in the drive through queue for 20-30 mins.
In 20-30 mins you can just drive to highway 6 to go to the newer Whataburger or heck In and Out has a line wrapped around its building daily and they still move people faster.

Sat in curb side for 20 minutes and no one came out then I sat in the drive thru for an hour just to get my food. Whaat the point in curbside if I have to wait so long and have to go through drive thru. By the time I got my food my fries were soggy and both of my burgers were cold and we didnât even get straws for our drinks.

12 bucks for a junior meal... and you guys somehow managed to forget the grilled onions that are supposed to come automatically, and also could not be bothered to add fresh onions, like requested. Seems strange because I ordered ahead online AND I'm the only customer at the store...

The speed of service in the evening consistently does not meet expectations. I ordered n advance through the app and the meal was suppose to be ready in 9 minutes. I am sitting in the driveway now and it has been 17 minutes.

Normally good servicea and food quality.
Kezla was disappointing, absolutely no communication or emotion. Literally said not a word during the curbside interaction and rushingly handled the food. Forgot the drinks so I had to call and remind them to which she literally stood there and pushed the drinks in my hand.
Juan the other day was great even had the sauces to give during pickup. How the staffing is hit or miss is worrisome.
