I don't ever return anything but the first Burger and fries they made me were cold and horrible. But they did a very good job making me a new burger with new fries. I will be back

Was a bit disappointed with my #2. The meat was super salty and was not able to finish it. Which I love how they are freshly made when ordered
Worst night shift. Full of kids ( yeah 18 days i’m assuming ) getting orders wrong. Terrible customer service. Adding orders to our CURRENT order that I didn’t ask for. Just TERRIBLE. The cashier is trying to get the number of this customer, leaving his spot etc and it’s hilarious. ( it’s 2:31 am currently)

On Friday Dec, 6th around (2:30)pm Hungry as I was, I was looking 👀through the reviews ⭐⭐⭐⭐ of this location as I normally always determine how my experience is going to go based off what I find surprisingly 😳,I came across a handful of negative👎👎 reviews but as much as I was craving Whataburger🍔 I chose to ignore 🤷♂️these reviews and come to this location anyway. and I have to admit I was extremely amazed & stunned by my experience. 🙏😫🫶 It all started when I pulled up🚙 to the drive-thru and before I could even get to the order window 🪟, I realized there was an employee standing outside ready to greet me👋 and take my order this alone extremely amazed me as I know many of us tend to have communication 🔇🔉 issues whenever it comes to ordering at a fast food restaurant. I was greeted with such a kind, & curtious attitude ⭐🙏☺️ when placing my order. I decided to order the new (Jalapeno Bacon Cheeseburger)🌶️🥓🧀🍔 meal that I normally add a small 🤏 modification to, I then proceeded to the next window 🪟 (lane B) to wait on my food and not more than 2️⃣ minutes🕑 later another employee walked out with my drink🥤, Not more than another 5️⃣ minutes 🕑 later he walked out again with my meal. As soon as I open my bag I could instantly tell that my fries 🍟were extremely fresh, on top of that they were crispy & perfectly salted,🧂 with the perfect portion in the cup.
My modification to my order is that I always like my bun toasted 🍞 on both sides and this was executed perfectly 🫶👌 as I mentioned earlier my experience at this location has possibly been one of the best I have ever encountered 😫😭🥲🫶at any Whataburger🍔 location. Not only were the employees courteous and kind but the quality of my meal and food was extremely amazing 👌😋.
I honestly wish I would have gotten a few names from the employees on that shift as they made my experience extremely pleasant so I could personally give them credit for my amazing experience 🙌😫 the people that worked this shift seriously deserve a raise the smallest gestures go a long way in this world 🙏
*Ps. It took me about four tries to type all of this, every time I came close to finishing Google maps🗺️ would close out on my phone and I would have to start all over again but I felt so passionate about this experience that I had to make sure I left this review no matter how many times I had to start over 🙏.

Breakfast is becoming my #1 things to order .The Burgers meat may be 100% beef but is very bland and if you don't add grilled onions , grilled jalapeños and bacon, it doesn't taste right to me. Others have shared the same sentiments about the beef . I'm Not backing down on this , Would also like a choice of Chips instead of French fries and the memorable lemon pies of the past .

Vegetarian options: Sweet and spicy bacon whataburger is the best
I ordered the new barbecue whatawings and I was very displeased with what I was given. I waited 15 minutes and was given fresh fries, a milkshake, and cold hard whatawings that appeared to be leavings from the bottom of a warmer. I will say that the service was good, but they received 3 stars because whataburger is too expensive to be handed cold entrees, especially when you waited patienly.
